Since they were taking appointments 30 minutes apart figure must be folks dropping off prescriptions. I see the couple in front of me have CDC shot records in their hands and I ask what time their appointment was. Told me they didn't have appointment and they called and was told just show up. I get to the window 20 min after my appointment time and they have me fill out the questions I had already done online when I made my appointment today total time 1 hour wasted for a 10 second jab.

(This was not the case...I already paid). 30 of this 40 min was over the Sam's app. Great deals inside.... Don't believe everything customer service desk tries to push on you. To include a credit card before you even have your membership. lol. reason we looked into changing to Sam's Club is because it's significantly closer. Once you get past the helter-skelter parking situation and actually are inside, you still encounter some frustration because of the narrow aisles and large shopping baskets. Usually, people are cordial and considerate, which really helps to diffuse any irritation. However, I cannot understand why every Sam's in every state that I've visited has a headache-provoking design of their parking lot. Since there are other stores that offer discount, bulk sales, I question (and will re-evaluate my membership here.
