The students are not well trained (one man made me and 5 others nearly pass out from inserting an IV. He also leaked the radioactive tracer all over my arm from the failed IV during a test) they will change or cancel the test with little communication. After seeing them since April and having a follow up appointment with Dr Suleman on the books for nearly three months, he was late by two hours to the virtual appointment. Had to move around my whole day. And when I got the notification two hours later that he was ready to see me, he immediately jumped in to my diagnosis, not acknowledging how late it was. I brought it up. When I did he dismissed it saying "that's how things are here. I'll get in to it in a bit" he immediately started going after treatment plans with my diagnosis. I stopped him and was honest, saying I lost a lot of trust in him and his clinic due to the tardiness and lack of communication. I called 2 to 3 times while waiting and there was no communication of him being late. I briefly said how there was a lot of lack communication, unprofessionalism and other issues with the clinic that did not make me feel comfortable going forward. He did not ask for speficis or what caused that. Instead he went on a 30 minute rant to me where he said "POTS patients are some of the most difficult patients to work with. People don't even ant to work with them anymore. They constantly leave bad reviews and are high maintaince" implied we are the reason clinics get shut down due to 'bad reviews'. It was odd that he kept pointing out all the bad reviews. Because I never mentioned that. My personal issues were with how some of the staff clearly has no idea what they were doing. And only three of them ever told me the test we were doing that day. (ultrasound team is trained and great BTW) alongside him being two hours late. He basically told me this is how it is. Every pots clinic has the same bad reviews because they are overran. And I'm lucky I got in because not even UT is taking people (maybe yall should stop then) and how behind they are on phones. Which, I do not doubt one bit. But to have a 40 minute call and 30 minutes being told, to my face, that I am the problem. And the reason why clinics tank is due to how POTS patients are so difficult, and implying this is just the way clinics work, was insane to me. My family has a practice, a family friend has a 2 year wait at his own. So no, this is not how they are. There are things within your control. But to act like me being frustrated that you are two hours late to an appointment isn't valid and I should be lucky, is ridiculous. The whole conversation came off very misogynistic. I said probably 4 words in that whole entire 30 minute talk. Because it was better to keep my mouth shut. He boasted about the papers he wrote, how he was one of the best in the area and how he could be making so much more money but he was doing this instead. You have bad reviews not being POTS patients are difficult. But because you don't know how to run a clinic and admitted you don't do will with administrative stuff. Being told to my face that I'm difficult for bringing up valid concerns was wild. So yeah I don't doubt you guys are overran. But there are ways to fix it. I feel had for the few good staff that do work here.

Quality of care I have experienced for over 10 years is the reason I am thriving today. Drs…read more Chhabra and Choudhry are the reasons I fly back to Dallas since having moved back to Calif. I truly believe the confidence as well as the encouragement they have given me is the reason I haven't had anymore cardiac events. But the ONE only issue I have is the very long wait time to speak to a life person in the office so making an appointment can be a challenge. Hoping they can fix this problem. Other than that I can highly recommend this practice!

Non-existent communication, I dealt with multiple calls saying they received my referral, but when I tried repeatedly to make an appointment they said they didn't have my referral! It was bordering on comical, but the complete lack of accountability and knowledge made it more like a humiliation ritual. After more than a week of this, I was finally able to make an appointment and have the procedure done. Quality of care was nothing special, Dr. Suba seemed to be in a rush to get the appointment over with, not much of a bedside manner and a little condescending. I was told I needed to return for another procedure which I was able to schedule at the time, so that was a small victory. When I went back, the woman who performed the more advanced procedure was warm, comforting and professional. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but I feel like she's the only bright spot in that place! So, I was also told they wanted to place a heart monitor on me between my surgeries but when I attempted to make an appointment for that, I was faced with the same circus I experienced prior when trying to speak with an actual person and get something scheduled. Fast forward to today, I've completed both my surgeries and never had a monitor implemented. I will never return to that place, if I need to see another cardiologist I will seek out an independent doctor instead of going through a chain type place like this one. It appears that a lot of the doctors they employ are transplants from outside of the country, and have a different view on what quality of care looks like.
