I came in with a failing harddrive (ssd) and a new one to replace it. I asked the guy to install windows on the new drive, as I was having trouble doing so at home, and instead he sold me on a hardware upgrade, claiming the issue was fixed. just a bit of digging revealed that the old drive was still corrupted and within a week it was constantly crashing again. a month later it was back to crashing within 10 minutes of booting up like when I brought it in. He didn't do what I asked him to, he didn't fix the problem, and what's more when I brought it in he told me it would be ready that afternoon, and then strung me along for a week with terrible communication and I had to harass him daily to get any kind of information from him. Terrible service. 0/5. he's just trying to sell his stock of cases, which are nice, but not a solution, and not worth half what I paid when the computer doesn't boot. read more

A few years back I moved to an apartment of my own where I met a friend who knew a great computer man and I gave him a call. Heartware Computer Solutions. There I met the most warm hearted, generous man, who had to duck to enter my home. After introductions and a little small talk, he went to my computer to look it over and see what the problem was with this dinosaur laptop that he said he would have to take home to fix. I also forgot to mention that my friend and I are both disabled, not very important to some, but people like Wayne who has a heart the size of the moon. Hence the name of the company. LOL . Do not use this business. I brought my laptop in because I was having problems with my browsers crashing and was getting some blue screens. He cleaned some dust out of my computer and put a trial virus program (I had a virus program) on my computer and said it was fixed. He charged me $300. I got it home and the keyboard did not work. Never had this problem. He forgot to reattached the ribbon. I took it back to him and he repaired the keyboard. The first time I used it, the browsers started crashing. It was not but a half an hour before I got the first of many blue screens. At this point, I had had enough. I asked for my money back. He refused and wanted another chance to "fix" my computer. He said it was not about the money. He said he would not charge me for what ever else he had to do to fix it. I told him if it were not about the money, to just give it back and I would be a happy customer. He refused. He also told me my warranty with him would be void if I had someone else look at it. Just what he was giving me a warranty on, I have not figured out. read more
