Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.

I finally got a call to them at 9:30 am. 1st thing out of her mouth was i had to pay a $35.00 fee for being late or even trying to reschedule. I have never missed an appt there and was not even warned about this fee. She then goes on to tell me the "computer " generates this fee. Really like no human can change that? That was really dumb to say. We all know its not true. In all the years going there I have never seen such a charge. Maybe next time let your customers know ahead of time of this charge.

In the past year, I've probably bought close to 100 freshwater fish, and they have all done very well, haven't lost a single one. Bought a handful of plants here as well, again, they have all done really well for me. My girlfriend bought a ball python a couple of weeks ago and she is extremely healthy and I can tell it was cared for and eating well. I've recently started transitioning from freshwater to saltwater, I bought some crabs and snails from here with only a few casualties, that were more than likely my fault as a beginner. I really only have two complaints about this place, one being that most of the dry goods don't have prices on them. The other being that the saltwater section here is kind of disappointing and looks like it has been neglected, one frag tank has hair algae all over most of the corals, and the other looks like it has red Cyanobacteria (I think that's what it is). There aren't many saltwater fish to choose from, and the snails and crabs haven't been restocked since I bought them all 2 months ago. I'm in no way knocking this place for the saltwater section, I understand it's hard to maintain on a daily basis and probably hard to order the right amount of stuff since there probably aren't a lot of people into saltwater tanks in the area. I would just much rather support a local business than a big corporation or pay for overnight shipping! The owner here is also amazing, he is super friendly, patient, and knows what he is talking about!
