I normally shop at Patsmart but my experience here was horrible. There was no one available to direct me in the right direction for a specialized food. Additionally, with an extremely long line a cashier walked away from her register and left me there. In fact she never came back and another cashier had to check me out. The doors say "mask required, coronavirus is highly contagious" but customers are allowed to pull their masks entirely down and have full conversations. I was forced to tell a woman, "Please wear your mask," while shaking with terror. I will not be giving any more money to a store that has such lax rules. Wide selection much like other big chain stores. The main "pet salesperson" seems to care about the animals but is rude rather than informing people about the care requirements. My dog put the brakes on as we entered the store. I should have stopped there, but I put it down to nerves. Half assed job on the grooming, my dog was shaking from being terrified & why the hell does my dog smell like an unbaked came? They called to remind me that my dog needed grooming. I told them I would not be returning. The recent news that a Petsmart groomer killed a dog does not surprise me at all. AVOID at all costs! read more

I ordered a few things for pickup. The directions said to pull up, park, and open the trunk. They did not specify where to park. When I got there, there were no designated pickup parking spaces. I parked where the store employee could see me. When he came out, he was obviously expecting me to be up in front of the store. He had a small fit when he saw that I had parked. He threw my stuff in the back of my car, and didn't even close the trunk. I will not be shopping here again. Maybe the directions should be clearer? If a store is going to offer online purchase with store pickup, then they need to have someone who is available to get it for you when you come to pick it up. Seriously, I could have shopped and went through the cashier line faster. Now, I took a break from work for nothing(because I didn't have time to wait until someone finally showed up), and they still have my money. Two stars only because the young lady that who was available, but not trained to help me, was polite. read more

These folks opened at 6am just so families picking up their rescues at an event outside the store could come in and shop with their new pets. They offered coupons and lots of help, plus they were kind and understanding with the nervous animals. Thanks PetSmart! read more

So unhappy with my dogs cut I've taken both my Cookapoo dogs to get a cut one has a thicker curlier fur and all they said they could do for her was shave her down. My other dog has more of a wavy fur I showed them a picture of the cut I wanted and needless to say it looked nothing like the picture when I returned. They left the hair on his ears extremely long compaired to his body and shaved down his nose when the picture clearly showed otherwise. It cost a total of $100 for both dogs $50 each and I was so unhappy that my husband tried to fix what he could with one of the dogs but until they grow out there is not much we can do. In the mean time with every glance at my dogs I am angered by the results and regret the loss of money and won't be returning! These people are not qualified to be considered groomers, please don't waste your time and money! read more

I was a bit apprehensive to take my pups here for a pawdicure due to the low reviews on here. We took them on a Saturday evening around 5, which is usually a very busy time at another Petsmart store I frequent. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. I let them know that my male dog was a two person dog when it came to nail trims. He was much more relaxed than other times when I have taken him for his nail trim. I think he sensed the confidence in his groomer. He did GREAT this time. His groomer said he did GREAT. We will definitely be going back to this store. I wish I would have remembered her name so that I can return for future visits to the same person. I will call the store and get her name. The ladies were friendly but focused on the tasks at hand, which could make some think that they were not as friendly as some might expect. My husband and I are very happy with our service and will definitely be taking our dogs to this location again. We were offered a more expensive service which was half off and much cheaper than what we would have spent on just their nails alone. Who can complain about that. read more

I took my dog there to get him groomed a 6 pound dog . They shaved him half the way and called me and asked me to pick him they could not finish him he was growling at them. After 8 calls to many managers no one could help and did not want to help at all he is half shaved . I will never go back again and would not recommmend this store to any one at all. They are very unprofessional and do not care at all .DONT USE THEM . read more

My chihuahua does not like getting her nails trimmed she turns into a demon. I also didn't have the paperwork for her rabies shot but they called and confirmed with the place we got her shots at and then did such a good job with her nails. They handled her really well, definitely are pros. there were also like six groomers so it made it nice that two of them could work with one dog read more

I generally like the store. This rating is for the grooming services only. Price- I brought my dog in for a quote prior to the date of service, The person quoted me one price, but then when I brought her in they changed her breed (saying they didn't have the other in the system) and it ended up costing 4x the amount quoted. They provided us with the new price after service. Quality - terrible. They took 3 hours to groom. The only thing they knw how to do is shave, and can't even do that well. We asked the girl to blend in surgical lines and she didn't know how to blend at all. She ended up shaving her entire body except for the head and tail (this seems to be the only cut they know). The problem is, when we got her back the they cut her chest (not talking hair - skin) and there are a bunch of little long patches. If it isn't bad enough, the lines for the head and tail were uneven and choppy. I wish I could post a picture. When I say uneven, there are three or four inch shave marks into the long hair beyond the "line". We have clippers ordered and plan to fix it ourselves. We will also be rewashing her. we got her back wet and with chunks of dirt in her head and tail fur. if it were just the tail i would habe thout he just sat down but there is no way there should be dirt on her head.I don't trust going back there to ask for a correction. They are not groomers and have no idea what they are doing. Customer service - they are polite. That is probably the only positive thing I could say about their service. read more
