In fact I was an hour late. The office was already closed. As I was standing outside the office I noticed a staff person in the office. I knocked she came to the door, opened the office, turned on her computer and sold me food. She also took the time to permit me to weigh in. It was service way beyond her duty. She did with an encouraging attitude and without a complaint. It was important to me as I was leaving to go out of town. This is usual and customary at the Center. His projections were that my wife's voice would be hoarse for a week (maximum two weeks) post surgery. In reality, she completely lost her voice which was very traumatizing as she couldn't speak to our newborn son, he is 19 months now and will likely never hear his mom's beautiful singing voice (my wife is not a pro, but she used to sing opera for pleasure). This doc should be stripped of his medical license for depriving our son of ever hearing his mom's lullabies in the first year of his life. It's been more than a year now since the unfortunate surgery (which I seriously doubt was even needed - the original issue wasn't really fixed), she's barely getting some of her lower range back when speaking and not barely whispering as she had been up until now. Heartbreaking doesn't even begin to describe how this terrible experience had impacted our lives.

Not to mention the phone is never answered nor did the web booking via their website work for a package purchase. It wanted to charge me again - so I was often following up with the owner via text multiple times to get an appointment confirmed. Location is not ideal for relaxation as it feels like a cold doctors office - but I know the Ashland address is temporary so hopefully that will get corrected in time. I started with a Groupon facial which was ok. Nothing special, and made worse by the environment - but again hopefully that is temporary. My biggest recommendation is before you buy an expensive package (I did a $1500 prp treatment package) get very explicit details on how many passes you receive with each treatment as I always got far fewer from the owner than if my appt was with a tech. This lead to very minimal results. And for $1,500 I expect results. It was absolutely not worth the money!
