James first checked my ears and we discovered a wax build up deluxe. He offered to clean out the wax, which I allowed him to do. Voila, hearing improved. He then gave my hearing aids a thorough tune up. He indicated we needed a new hearing test, which he administered. He then electronically adjusted my hearing aids to fit my current hearing profile. He concluded by changing the output wires on both hearing aids. All for no charge, explaining that is part of the service we pay for when we buy from Hearing World. James was just terrific--knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. You can find cheaper hearing aids elsewhere, but I challenge anyone to find a more knowledgeable and caring crew than at Hearing World. Lowest cost does not mean best value.
