They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed an electrical problem overlooked by Clayton Homes. The plumber/ electrician from Clayton homes advised that the well pump needed to.be replaced. This company saved our family thousands of dollars and only charged $170 for the service call. I will definitely call them before dping any well or pump repairs.

They didn't have the equipment or a pump truck when they came to pull the pump so they used a pickup to pull out the pump out. Since the pump was set with rigid PVC pipe, they broke off the pump and it fell back in the well. They assured me that they would come back, remove the old pump from my well and finish the job. They also tore off all the insulation on the bladder tank piping and promised to replace it. I have called them every week now for several months. At first they would lie about ordering the parts that they needed to get the old pump out of the well. Now they refuse to answer my calls. Like the characters they are, their mailboxes are full and you cannot leave a message. This review is to hopefully keep you from being ripped off by a bunch of amateurs. You will know what I mean if they show up without any equipment and a gift of gab about how good they are. You would be better served by getting a professional to do your pump work so you don't end up with you old pump clogging up your well.

I had air coming from my water spigots. I went online to see what it cost to replace a well pump…read more $1,000-$2,800. Well Doctor came out and told me I needed a new pump and quoted me $4,300. Good thing I got a second opinion. The guys from Water Doctor fixed the problem for a $95 service fee by turning off the power to the pump for an hour and turning it back on. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion. I suggest not using these guys and call Water Doctor for well issues. They were fast and honest.
