Just in Time Plumbing assisted me with an issue regarding a Sump Pump at my home. Steven and Peter came out to assess the issue and informed me that my pump was completely broken. With this being a new house, my warranty coverage had not yet expired. I reached out to my original plumbing company, and they would not cover the warranty. Additionally, I reached out to my builder who claimed there was nothing they could do for me. After going through this process, I was looking at spending a few thousand dollars for a new pump. I reached back out to Just in Time, and they assisted me by going through their distributor to process my pump warranty. This saved me over $2,000! Just in Time (specifically Peter and Steven) went out of their way to help me when no one else would. I am extremely grateful and will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future. I can't say enough good things about Just in Time Plumbing. Today they completed a third job for me in a year. Each crew hsa been amazing. Today I had Steven and Chris working in my home and under it in the cold mud. They both kept great attitudes and were friendly and professional. They replaced the main pipes under the house and under the klitchen sink and cleaned up the mess when they were done. Their prices are fair and they don't make you wait for long before starting work on your job. Everyone I've been in contact with at this company have been wonderful to do business with. I contacted Just In Time Plumbing 2/2/23 to come out and have a look at our water heater as it was leaking and the home and heater are not even two years old. Prior to calling them we did verify that we have a warranty on the unit so we can plan for that with online portal of our warranty provider. So Just In time comes out and diagnoses the problem which is what they state is a pop off valve. My husband directly asked the service tech Steven "is the part covered under warranty?" To which the tech replied "parts,are not covered only the tank." Which we thought was weird but being he is the "professional" my husband didn't argue. He fixed and gave an invoice with a flat rate and not itemized initially. Again another red flag because it should be clear cut what you are paying for the part and labor. Fast forward to this morning 2/3/23 we called the warranty provider and in fact the parts and tank is covered under warranty until 2027. So I called the office where Sam stated there must have been confusion because Steven is a nice guy and wouldn't purposely deceive us although that's what he did. She then stated they do not work with warranty companies because they have had it happen where they aren't reimbursed for the parts which sounds like another lie. Stated they only honor the warranty they have when they install the water heater. Which is where she said the miscommunication could have come in, which again this was the first time they have serviced our home so they know our house had no warranty with them. I had to call back again-to request an itemized invoice and conveniently having phone problems but when my husband called answered on the first ring. I had to take time out of my work day to go down to the office to get an actual invoice that was itemized to now send in for a reimbursement from the warranty company. And again the same information stated that "Steven is a nice guy and wouldn't purposely do this"and I played along but I believe others should be weary of using a company that doesn't honor the warranty of you water heater,can't take accountability for lying or "the miscommunication"and gaslights there customers into submission. They repaired a shower pipe, leaky sink, and outside spigot. The later two were easy repairs, but the shower pipe was more complicated as it was broken inside the shower wall. They were able to repair it inside the wall. They explained the repairs needed, were professional, and polite. I thought the fees were reasonable. The only potential issue might be that they were late for both appointments. read more

I came home today at 4:30 pm. and saw water coming out of the ground. I called Just in Time and they had someone at my house at 5:30 pm. They dig until they found the leak and repaired it in the rain. The price was very reasonable, about half of what I thought it would be considering the after hour work and in the rain too. Terrible!!! They were called for a sewage backup in my house. They busted our sewage pipe inside our house. Did $10,000 worth of damage and not a apology, not a offer to pay for the damage. Also gave us a quote for $4,200 for $800 worth of work. read more
