Can't believe that this was my first visit here but now I'm hooked. First of all, the actual place is adorable with witty decor everywhere that makes it extra enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing so I didn't feel pressured or left with unanswered questions. I needed some color for a photoshoot the next day so I went with the second darkest color and was amazed at how natural the color came out with zero patchiness or smell. I'm on day 3 of it, which they mentioned was the peak color as it continues to set and only had very minor darker patches that surfaces that were super easy to fix myself. Heather is a gem! It was my first time having a spray tan and I didn't know what to expect. I wasn't especially concerned, but she did everything to explain what she does and how it works before we started. It works amazingly well. I was in and out in a half hour. You could not ask for a more caring and skilled artist. I actually left less than an hour ago and I can already tell that this is going to look amazing. Heather's was everything I had hoped for and her place absolutely lived up to her reviews. Kiwi, who was so sweet, did my spray tan and she helped me pick a shade I would be comfortable with, since I didn't want to go too dark and I got exactly what I wanted when I woke up the next day. I have been blessed to have found heather back in 2014 when she opened her super fabulous storefront on the sunset strip. I used to tan in Miami back in the day but there's no comparison to heather's tans. None. I leave heathers with a fresh glow that I can wear running errands and picking up the kids without heavy bronzer melting off onto my clothes like it used to. There's no smell when it's applied or developing, it doesn't rub off all over the sheets, and the best part of her tans: they look NATURAL. Stories say she started this thing in her back yard, and to see how she's grown over the years into her stunningly beautiful location is enough proof that this woman is doing something right. I used them for my very first spray tan about 6 years ago and they spoiled me! I was worried about coming out orange, or patchy, who knows but it was amazing. It was super natural looking. The results were better than I expected. I really wanted some tan lines, that I got while gardening, blurred because my wedding dress is strapless. Not only did the tan lines go away, but they were replaced with a beautiful color that I wouldn't even be able to achieve naturally. I'm sure everyone reading is an expert, but for those who are newbies to the spray tan industry, this was the best first experience. This was my first spray tan, and I now fear addiction to specifically heather's tans. My tan was natural and beautiful -- a perfect color (I asked for "as dark as you feel comfortable for a first timer" and I have olive undertones to white skin) and you could still lightly see a couple bruises and such underneath it, which made it look so real.
