There was a vicious post on another site how horrible Barbara is. I am here to say - DON'T BELIEVE…read moreA WORD THE WRITER SAYS! She only has her side of the story, so here are some facts: 1. She mentions that there were two contacts on my house that fell through. What she fails to mention is one was her previous offer. The 2nd one was due to HOA delayed approval - which she wouldn't have known. 2. She discusses the delay in getting the hail damage replaced. Many homes were damaged by the hail storm and it was a bit of a challenge to find a reputable company. I was blessed by funding such a company in Dun-Rite Roofing. They were able to adjust their schedules to get the roof replaced (which I didn't have to have done), just in time to go to settlement. Now unbeknownst to Barbara and I, the buyers' agent went to Dun-Rite to ask about changing the color of the shingles. My first response was no, as I had signed an agreement with the insurance company to agree to bring it back to the original style and colors. The post says the hold up on starting the roof was due to their wanting the color change - this is not correct. I had to discuss with the insurance company that they would be ok with the change. However, while I was talking with them somethingelsewas causingthe delay - THE WEATHER. It was not mentioned at all that there were a total of 7 days or more between getting the roofers lined up and it was completed, that IT RAINED. 3. Moving the date of settlement (which was nearly impossible because of the rain & the roof). The buyers' agent had a phone call with Barbara about moving the closing date from the last friday of the month to the 16th. While at first I didn't know if we'd be able to get everything done, Dun-Rite guaranteed me that they'd be done by settlement - and THEY DID. I never received and signed that I agreed to move the settlement date 4. The morning of settlement, we learned that the AC Copper Priates had attempted to remove cooper from just the main AC unit for the house, but also the splitter unit for the upstairs. The buyers' agent stated that both units had to be repaired before they would continue with settlement. Again I had to thank the team at SERVICE EXPERTS HEATING & AIR to shifting schedules so that they were able to have one of their guys repair both units by 5pm. In the meantime, everyone was back at the settlement table so we did settle by 5pm. Bottom line is - 1. Barbara Rounds is, in my opinion, the best agent I have worked with!!! And I have worked with agents in Northern Virginia, California, and Pennsylvania - she is looking out for her clients (what we clients pay commission for), as it is the job of the other party's agent to look out for them. The post (that has since been removed) should have NEVER been posted in the first place. Settlement is over, my mortgage has been paid off, they got the house at a MUCH lower price AND WITH A NEW ROOF WITH SINGLES THEY PICKED OUT. I hope they have a great life in their new (my former) home.

Tina and Ryan make a great team. Their experience, and connections make for a smooth process. More…read morethan once they have gone above and beyond to get the deal done.

Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.
