Our guests definitely enjoyed themselves and the green screen photobooth was one of the main reasons. The RM employees were incredibly friendly and social. Their positive attitude was very inviting. The setup was professional and easy to use. I love designing and customizing for our family events and Rael allowed me to do that with the layout of the photo card and backgrounds. In case you don't want to do all that, he has a large selection of designs for you to choose from. Great experience! I hope to book them again in the future or recommend them to anyone else. *Update We booked Rael's company again for our baby's first birthday this past weekend. It was another AWESOME experience. Most of the staff looks like they're under twenty five and from a business standpoint when I see that it makes me think that the owner of the business is not paying them that high which would make more experienced candidates go somewhere else. While I think the whole esthetic of it looking like a zoo is great for kids, this is not a good place for adults. Orthodontics are expensive, it is difficult to get around that, however considering that my teeth weren't that bad (I had braces as a child), was coming in for a bite misalignment and TMJ pain, Doctor said "You have a great smile, your bite isn't that bad, that being said fixing your bite should reduce or possibly change your clenching issue..." The price for visiline was outrageous. They quoted me out about 6000 thousand USD. They're advertisements in the sales room claiming that their smiles are better than their competitors is False. In one of the posters, the model is using a facial technique to make it seem like there smile is flat when really they are moving their mouth and jaw akwardly. I used to be a professional model, so I can tell when the model in the photograph is doing weird things with their face. I would shop around before you choose this place. I rarely make reviews. Only when I love or dislike a place. But so many staff their were just unprofessional that I just had to write this.

My youngest son just completed his first phase, and we continue to have such a great experience every time we visit. Both of my boys needed bite and jaw adjustments -- one had a strong overbite and the other had a strong underbite. Dr. Bernstein was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful, pain-free, non-surgical job correcting both issues before continuing with braces to straighten their teeth. The results have been amazing, and we've felt confident throughout the entire process. Dr. Bernstein is honest, personable, and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly cares about his patients and their families. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly. Even though they see so many patients, they still remember my kids and ask about events or activities we talked about at previous visits.
