My husband and I got married a little over three months ago. During the wedding planning process, I really wanted to get a photo booth that could hold a lot of people and that included video messaging so that our guests could leave a message. I searched all over and the only place that had both of my criterion was Picture Video Booth. At first I was a little skeptical because the video messaging was going to just be 20 seconds and so I wasn't sure that was enough time for people to send us message and marriage advice, so I even thought of having another person do video recording and then a photobooth. But I'm glad I decided to work with Rael and chose only their photo booth. Seriously.. 15 secs is a good amount of time! My husband and I did a message and Rael had to tell us that we still had more time and to keep going! On that note, I am so grateful for Rael because if he hadn't pulled us prior to us entering our reception we never would've had time to take photobooth pictures and a video. He caught us and was like it will really only take a minute! And it was quick, no one noticed that we were not at the back of the line waiting to come in! I'm so so so thankful he insisted! Another thing is that with the package, we received a printed hard cover photo book of all the pictures and a cd with all the videos. On top of that we received an online link so we can download them straight to the computer! Ran into RM at the San Francisco Travel Show which, like the 49ers, was actually in Santa Clara. They were with the Sunset magazine booth and a perfect add-on to Sunset's "get outdoors" vibe. The offered photos with various backgrounds (beach, mountains, etc) or a short video! We opted for the photo since we're not creative enough to think up a short video on the spot. The people managing the booth were very nice and professional and did a good job managing the line which was no small feat in the chaotic convention. At the booth, they had a bunch of props in cubicles which was a nice touch. Most photo booths just have their props scattered on table. This made looking for "just the right one" super easy. Grabbed our props of a penguin hat and a rubber chicken, got on our mark, looked into the camera, and they snapped the pic. Waited a minute or so and had our 2 prints. They also had PCs where you could email yourself the pic. Just enter your email, no other personal info required which was nice. No muss, no fuss, just a cool photo!! Great experience. read more

He takes his time to get the best shots. I've referred him to several friends for weddings and maternity shots. He can bring the studio to you, but my fav is when he takes pics on location/outdoors. Photobooth: Rael has the best photobooth set-up around; giant green-screen, several monitors, choice backgrounds, and the best props (and they are new, whimsical and ORGANIZED (not old boas and broken sunglasses thrown into an old tupperware; his stuff is legit). We booked the photobooth for my firm's recent holiday party and it ended up being the main attraction! Something about executives in wigs wearing pimp hats & playing air guitars draws a crowd! Engagement Shoot Rael and his team are extremely skilled and fun to work with. We are so glad we chose him to be our wedding photographer. Before the wedding we had our engagement shoot which took place at a couple locations around San Francisco. It was such a fun experience. Rael and his team were so professional and attentive to our needs during the photo session. During the end of the shoot the weather was getting pretty uncomfortable but Rael did a great job helping us get the sunset shots that we wanted. The photos ended up looking incredible. The package we got included two large prints that we displayed during our wedding. Many of our guests mentioned to us how great those prints looked. Rael also created a well-edited slide show that we showcased during our reception. Wedding Day Rael did a great job using our venue to get the best shots possible throughout the wedding. We had a lot of guests, so room for photographer to shoot photos was an issue during the ceremony. He was still able to get great shots throughout our entire ceremony. I've heard of horror stories where the photographer and videographers "fight" for the best angles during the wedding. Rael's team worked seamlessly worked with our videography team throughout the entire wedding. The post ceremony photos were extremely fun to do. Rael did awesome at getting great shots and getting us back to our guests in a timely manner. Post Wedding Rael did a great job communicating with us after the wedding. Our wedding photos were edited in a timely manner, and everything we ordered (photo albums, other large prints) came in a timely manner as well. I can attest that the photo albums and large prints are extremely well made. We even ordered a picture that was printed on sheet metal. It's a really unique piece that looks great on the wall. A couple months ago we had Rael's Picture Video Booth at our wedding and they were absolutely awesome. They use a green screen background which made for such creative and fun experience. They also had a great selection of props that were easily accessible. The props were hung on clear hanging shoe shelves which is much more convenient than having them plopped on a table.
