Outstanding physician. Great location as well. Couldn't ask for anyone better to serve our community

We felt that they were trying to get money out of us at every opportunity and had little to no regard for patient well-being. I would strongly urge potential patients to consider going elsewhere and I do hope that anyone who uses this Dr. has a better experience than we did. We have nothing good to say Dr. Sae Song or her office.

I settled for Dr. Song because I was in a bind and didn't have time to shop around. I have seen her only a handful of times, and I must say, it has gotten to the point where I dread my appointments. They feel very impersonal and rushed. During each visit I had to rehash everything (my job, education, life story, meds that work, meds that don't work, etc.) Does this woman not take notes? I should also mention that I felt very put-off by her office manager/receptionist. She is also impersonal and curt. Before each appointment she would lead me into Dr. Song's office, have me step on the scale, and call out my weight to Dr. Song. I don't have a weight problem by any means but this routine has made me very uncomfortable and self-conscious. After my appointment, I had to hand my prescriptions over to her so she could review them, which I thought was odd. As a medical professional, I find this to be an example of poor patient care and confidentiality. Having seen many psychiatrists and therapists since my late teens, I understand that finding the right doctor can take some time, and that one doctor who works well with one patient may not be right for someone else. That being said, this review isn't a personal attack on Dr. Song or her staff, just my personal opinion and experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Song for this coming Monday but have since cancelled it as I want to find a new psychiatrist.

Waited 3 months for a first-time appointment with Dr. Kapaniris. Came prepared with all records and updates since last appointment with previous PCP. He walks in the room and asks, what can I do for you? I start to explain my various health conditions and when we get to my current medications, he says he can't prescribe most of them and I would need to see various specialists. Called my previous doctor a fool. That doctor was familiar with my health conditions and had streamlined my care in this broken health system. Kapaniris could not hold a candle to him. He was rushed, condescending, and actually said he had other patients to get to. That was probably less than 10 minutes into the consultation. I said fine, collected my records, got up and left. Just another horrible doctor, in a horrible practice, under a horrible corporate-controlled health care conglomerate. If they bill Medicare and demand a co-payment from me, I will report to Medicare for incompetent and unethical business practices.

Ran me out of meds just by "forgetting" he claims due to the hectic pace of the practice. Well that used to be the case in 2018 but definitely not now. The lot is empty. From my arrival at the ER to my discharge home, all the care was exceptional. My touch points were the ER, CT Scan, radiology, Cath lab, PACU and of course the floor. In this case, I was on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In each department, I cared for by people who were very professional and informative. Even the transport staff explained every step. Since my PCP does not round in the hospital, I was cared for by the hospitalist group. Dr. Angelo was my main physician but anyone who visited showed a very caring attitude. They addressed all my needs from education, pain control and even diet. I was very comfortable since I knew that there was always someone that the staff could access. The staff on PCU were wonderful. I especially want to mention KaSandra (my day shift RN), Patty (my night shift RN) and Margaret (my day shift PCT). They were concerned about my health and recovery and were very attentive to all my other needs. I never had to wait for someone to respond whether it was for a question or toileting needs. All three of them are truly patient advocates. Everyone made what could have been an overly stressful experience a lot less so. Although I hope I never have to, I would return and recommend. I'm on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent start I had on that journey.

The hat I wear is an eagle representing the respect I have for the military and nothing to do with MAGA. I was treated with disrespect and extreme anger at Trinity Hospital. I did nothing to be treated that way. I was in a lot of pain and was treated with extreme hostility to the point I thought I was going to be attacked by the person that got in my face and yelled at me to leave the hospital around 12:30AM because, he said I pissed him off and made him angry, now I know why.
