The 2016 YELP Review #243:…read more INITIAL VISIT: Like with all medical appointments, the first one you will spend much of your time filling out paperwork before being tended to by the staff. Although I had a few issues with my insurance, everything was remedied by the time everything was said and done. DOCTORS & STAFF: After sifting through many choices of cardiologists, I dealt with Dr. Sudhir Agarwal in the Trinity office. He came highly recommended from a person that deals with many of the areas finest cardiologists. I liked that the recommendation came from a neutral standpoint... from someone who knows the reputations of these doctors well. The positive feel of that came with the recommendation was immediately felt when I met Dr. Agarwal. The staff in attendance was patient.... very patient with issues that arose from my insurance company. It was a. simple fix that absorbed 40 minutes of my day unfortunately. Additionally - and this always goes a long way with me, especially since I have found myself in some questionable doctor's offices while deployed around the world - the staff were all very neat in appearance, cordial and accommodating... let me add that this completely sculpts customer service experience that I encountered with the most precise definition (sadly something this world lacks in many other places). SEVRICES RENDERED: My EKG was administered quickly and professionally. My blood pressure was taken once by the staff and once by the doctor and the doctor asked me several questions pertaining to my condition. With my issue I need to return three more times to take care of what the doctor finds most concerning. Overall, I had a great feel from both the doctor and the staff and would recommend this location to those with any worries or anticipation that pertain to seeing a cardiologist. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: I would like to say that I found the location itself to be very clean well-organized. the parking lot provided ample spots and the physical location was very easy to navigate to. NOTE: I'm an afternoon kind of guy and that's usually when the traffic flow is headed north. Due to my living north of the office, I found no delays at all in my agternoon commute. Others may want to keep that in mind. The staff here, knowing of the somewhat odd hours I keep, accommodated me by scheduling all my appointments for late in the day or first thing in their day (before my bed time). What more can you say? Well, besides... "Keep it up!" AS A YELP ELITE I HAVE A SYSTEM: A four-star rating is what I generally give during a first-time, FLAWLESS experience with anything. I am sure they will be 5-star by the time I am finished with my appointments by the 18th of November 2016. I just made good on my word. 5-star treatment deserves a 5-star rating. Dr Chen is the Worst cardiologist ever. After running an hour past appointment times, they weren't…read moreeven aware that I was there for cardiac clearance for an upcoming procedure. Then she wants to change my meds around after knowing me for 20 minutes. Then wants to do a nuclear stress test and when I refuse because it makes me sick, she refuses to give clearance. Just needed an electrocardiogram. This doctor is way past retirement age and not easy to understand. She also has a hard time understanding the patient. Had to repeat things several times and got nowhere. I would definitely look around. I walked out! Update: hospital requested a copy of my EKG and these people have no record of it. It's only been a day, not even 24 hours. What did they do with it? Throw it away? Told ya this place needs sued for malpractice!

I waited 50 minutes and had to leave to pick up my wife at work . People who can in after me went first. When i left i told the receptionist to keep my copay and apply it too my next visit. I mean, am I reviewing the DOCTOR...or his practice?…read more I spent the first part of my career as a Pharma rep and a Group Practice Materiel Manager -- soooo when it comes to Doctors and well run medical practices I know the good, bad and ugly. As far as the doctor goes, Dr. Garcia is good. He is honest stern and to the point, He take his time with you and very easy to talk to. I feel he is an extremely conscientious doctor and explains things very clear to you. Now, the practice? If I was to rate his office staff...it would be a mixed bag; incompetent, arrogant, defense, thin skinned, and lack of customer service skills. They are somewhat disorganized and you do have to sit on them to get them to call you back, answer questions and on occasion, can be a little rude, for lack of better term. This really applies to the front office, who often gets it wrong. His back office staff is pretty efficient BUT . they DO NOT communicate lab results very well. His front office staff...they are not a good reflection on the doctor, so if you are the type who is easily frustrated by an office staff who is not necessarily organized or doesn't necessarily communicate well ... this might not be a good fit for you. They could screw up a 3 car funeral when it comes to scheduling. Folks this is Corporate Baycare Healthcare at it's finest (tongue in cheek).
