I have never had such professional, kind, attentive treatment in my life. When I began seeing Dr Serneel my kidney function was at barely 20 %. As of my last visit it was 63% and I attribute it all to Dr Serneel's focused approach to getting my numbers up. She and her staff will cause you to think that you are their only patient because they are so laser focused on any and all needs you have. I communicated with Victor so often that I began to think he was my brother ! You can not go wrong if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to select them as your primary care physician.

If so - then you are me, and I don't blame you because your health is important, and who the H E double hockey sticks wants to pay for some jerk to hardly listen to you or blow you off? Dr. Launder listens. Really really listens and takes time. She takes notes and tends to remember everything without looking back at them. She gets to know you and she continues to know you. You are not a number. An added bonus is that her nurse is precious. She has the same remarkable qualities and they both make you feel comfortable and cared for. I would recommend her as a primary physician above anyone in Port Richey. Trust me, I've been around different doctor's offices. The only downfall is there seems to be no patience when you are low on cash, which I've gathered to be a Morton Plant policy. VERY DISAPPOINTING IN DEED------…read more It was very dirty The nurse was not friendly at all The receptionist was more concerned with getting my mom to change her primary to this office (RED FLAG) The doctor didn't wear gloves - but stated that he didn't see anything wrong with her foot but she should get an xray The doctor wrapped my moms foot so tight that when we took her to get her xray they couldn't believe how much it had swelled in such a short time (10 minutes) When we left the doctor made sure that I had the Request to our Patients (change form) and How to leave a Review--NOT what to do with my mom going forward how to check with them about her foot - to see her current primary care doctor--nothing about her current situation??? I called that week on Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday to receive my mom's office notes to give to the nurses where she lives (it's required)--the receptionist told me every single day that the notes were not available as of yet?? What - then on Friday she stated that the doctor was out of the office for the July 4th weekend? REALLY? I followed up on the next Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday and still they were NOT ready? REALLY? So, mom called and the receptionist stated that she needed something for her facility that day.....The receptionist stated that she could send over the xray but she had NO OFFICE NOTES AS OF YET? He takes his time during evaluations to understand your overall health, even things not related to allergies. He has even done some research on the spot to give me more information than i had about an issue with my diet and how it might be affecting my overall health. I also come to his office for allergy shots every 3 to 4 weeks and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. I am not a fan of needles and most sessions are as painless as one can hope. This is the 5th allergist i have seen in over a decade due to relocations to different states and i can honestly say I like this office the best, for my needs. I would highly recommend him over any of the mutli doctor offices i have seen in the past.
