He was keeping us up at night, clicking around on the hardwood floor. She did a great job, and problem solved! Our dog Cooper (our collie mix) returned today from his first visit and he literally looks like a different dog. A much better looking different dog! Knowing that she probably endured multiple hours of his non-stop singing during the process makes it even more remarkable. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, even though staff continued assisting people who walked in after me. One kind employee, who was in the middle of grooming a dog, tried to get someone to help me, but her efforts were ignored as well. I understand being busy, but basic acknowledgment and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

Tons of fun walking and running around with the dogs, helping tidy up the facility, and just being a helping hand wherever someone needed. The staff and other volunteers were all incredibly kind! Everyone was on the same side, and they were very supportive and helpful. Whether you want to get involved in volunteer work, or just want to spend some time with some great animals, I highly recommend the humane society of Wicomico county!
