No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, even though staff continued assisting people who walked in after me. One kind employee, who was in the middle of grooming a dog, tried to get someone to help me, but her efforts were ignored as well. I understand being busy, but basic acknowledgment and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

I called Saturday after hours and they had missed a toe nail on my other dog. So I didn't expect a phone call until Tuesday when they opened. I waited then called again on Wednesday and left a second message. They called me back on Thursday and I spoke with someone. I offered to bring in my dachshund(whose toe nail got missed) and they said they would talk to the owner and get back with me. I took my dachshund in,they fixed the toe nail, no one said anything to me about my other dog or reimbursement or anything. It's been a few weeks now and I never heard back from the groomer. Not once did anybody ask me if my dog was ok. Not once was I offered anything to fix the issue. Not ok.

He is going to be some work but she offered suggestions and will work with him to ease his fears. The next day I took my 1 year old Golden Retriever with no fear and too much energy. While my pup had some mild matting (as I was upfront about), I was told she needed to be sedated by a vet--an alarming overreaction that now feels like a cover for incompetence. When I picked her up, she was unevenly chopped up and visibly distressed. I spent most of the night trying to fix the mess myself--with just scissors, patience, and YouTube tutorials. I'm not a groomer, but even I could do better. Your dog deserves more than a rushed, careless hour. Maybe they were having an off day--but that's not a risk I'd ever take again.
