She has a lot of hair, it's not matted, but there's just a LOT of it. She's usually pretty easy but it takes a long time to do her grooming because there's so much hair. Glad to FINALLY have found someone who cuts her hair the right way! She gets her ears cleaned and nails trimmed. The place is clean, quiet and uncomplicated. No drama at the front desk.
