My dog did not smell as if he was bathed and the cut was just awful. His facial hair was lopsided, which I had to correct and he had nicks from whatever type if clippers that they used. My dog was not himself for the rest of the day from this experience. I suspect that the person who did this was not a trained groomer, maybe just filling in for an actual groomer. Never again!

The website posts no prices, and she had to invent a reason why a bath and nail clipping was $100. Our dog is two years old and has been to this salon several times with NO ISSUES. Maybe the issue was the GROOMER and not the dog??? NEVER AGAIN! The attitude and the way she justified taking advantage of us was overwhelming. He was keeping us up at night, clicking around on the hardwood floor. She did a great job, and problem solved! Our dog Cooper (our collie mix) returned today from his first visit and he literally looks like a different dog. A much better looking different dog! Knowing that she probably endured multiple hours of his non-stop singing during the process makes it even more remarkable. I don't…read moreknow if it was an off day for them or what, but the hair cuts our dogs got were not their usual good jobs they've done in the past, one looked like they hadn't finished the job. One of our dogs was also bleeding from a tumor the groomer nicked while shaving and seemed traumatized. The reason I'm posting this now is because one of our dogs' hair isn't growing back. We took her to the vet and another groomer and they confirmed that a groomer at this establishment cut her hair way to short for her breed. So even if it was just an accident made by a new groomer or something else, my dog is possibly permanently damaged hair wise on her back. So I feel like it's my duty to warn others just incase this happens to someone else.

We just picked her up, and I am excited to say we are thrilled! Leeanna was WONDERFUL as a groomer. She immediately connects with your 'baby',(easing my anxiety!).Coconut looks amazing! Our dogs loved this place - my husband and I walked through the place initially and the larger…read moredogs were on one side of the area and little ones on the other side( the crates faced each other but far away from each other). All of the dogs have a play area and we were told our dogs played all the time! both of our dogs stayed in the same kennel (crate) for rest time and at night. Bed and Biscuit Kennel took such wonderful care of our dogs. It was fun to see them on FB ! They'll both be back on our vacation soon !
