Stopped in to do a return and was not greeted or spoken to by the staff member for over 5 minutes…read more She was working on an issue with the printer with another guest, and on the phone with someone trying to figure it out, but I would have appreciated a quick "hello, I'll be right with you." I said hello and asked if I could do my simple return to which I was told no, she was busy. I left and ran another errand in the complex and return about 10 minutes later. I was then greeted and she scanned my return. Also taped up the package for me, which I appreciated. A little customer service really can go a long way.
