The flat bread and chicken salad is super good . Their menu has a good variety. Cute little place with attentive service. They have fun events in the summer to enjoy with a good menu. If you go with a group for trivia night they are super accommodating. The bands are good that I've seen and seem to support locals, which is cool. Seating is comfortable overall inside, outside seats are not fancy, but I often take a cushion many places bc I don't have a lot of padding. it's outside seating so nothing surprising. While visiting from out of town, we were looking for a spot for breakfast that didn't have a 30-40 min wait ‍ I'm so glad we found Heather's! The cafe is in an old house in an adorable, quaint little downtown. I had read another review that mentioned ordering at the counter and then seating ourselves, but they actually had us sit at any table and then brought us menus. I got a cinnamon sugar latte which was just lovely and got my day off to a great start. For breakfast we each got the southwestern tortilla which was DELICIOUS. The sauce was super tasty, and it was a satisfying breakfast without being too much food. Notably they have several vegetarian options on the menu! Heather's was right up my alley and is the perfect little brunch or lunch spot - or just for coffee. Definitely would recommend! read more

Not much of a selection at this place. I got a burger and I asked for ketchup and mustard to go on it and they charged me .99 cents for each! That is insane! I can see if they charge extra for bacon or cheese but for condiments it's not right. The price came with cheese and I asked for no cheese so I literally feel ripped off. The menu said Kaiser roll but they gave me a pretzel bun which was hard to eat cuz it fell apart. Very messy. The kettle chips it came with were so salty I could not eat them. $8 for a basic side salad! We sat outside under a tent which was not bad. A band was setting up for the night. Our bill was $51 with tip. I think chick fil a would have been so much better in my opinion. read more

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It's in an old house in quaint downtown Springboro. You order at the register and take a seat in one of the three rooms. Our food was delicious and the coffee was good too. The avocado toast was an English muffin with smashed avo, pico, and feta. Went the second day the patio was open during COVID19 and all the tables were well socially distanced. They were cleaning tables between patrons and the dishware was disposable to remove risk of not being properly cleaned. The ambiance was great, lively, and welcoming. The servers were attentive and our food arrived promptly. Two people ordered sandwiches and two ordered wraps. They said the California and Veggie wrap were very good and my Nay Nay with berry wheat bread to substitute the pretzel roll(I don't like pretzel rolls) was absolutely delicious. Lots of cream cheese and a healthy slice of avacodo to pair with the turkey and bacon to make a hearty sandwich! There's a lot to love about Heather's - wonderful location in downtown Springboro among a lot of cute shops, charming, large outdoor space, solid coffee (with an extensive menu), and a nice wine selection. I'm a sucker for their dirty chai. The staff is always friendly, and there's a warm, communal vibe. If Heather's was simply about coffee and booze and environment, it would be nailing it, but the food is another story. I've been to Heather's many times (usually just for coffee) and have given the food a chance on probably half a dozen occasions and have left disappointed eachtime - sandwiches with stale bread, lackluster salads, generally under-seasoned everything. All things considered, Heather's is worth a visit (especially if the weather is nice) for coffee or drinks but not for food. read more

This place is adorable. It's an old farmhouse turned cafe so there is a ton of character. The outdoor area is unexpectedly huge. The patio is partically covered with tents and the landscaping is pretty. To my understanding, they have live bands and craft beer as well. Now, the food...I ordered the turkey sandwich with avocado and Chipotle sauce. It was really good but the bread was so crumbly that it made it hard to eat. Kept falling apart on me! To begin I have to say that this is not the typical place I look for my Saturday morning breakfast, but I was very pleased. The place is comfortable and my latte was great, though I'd prefer just refills of regular coffee. I enjoyed the southwestern tortilla (see pic) plate, though I couldn't eat it all. Wow! Pleasantly surprised by this cafe! Met a friend for lunch and we got to sit under the covered patio, which has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed the half Nay Nay and half Caesar. I'm not sure if the Caesar is non traditional or if I was given the wrong salad but it was not your typical Caesar, still yummy though (I was given spinach/romaine with cranberries and feta). The Nay Nay sandwich was very delicious and this meal was the perfect lunch portion. I attended a bridal shower on the patio here. It was really lovely. This place has quite a bit of outdoor seating. The food was perfect for a bridal shower brunch. The star of the show was a baked brie inside of puff pastry. Oh my goodness it was wonderful. The inside has limited seating, but an intimate feel. Sandwiches are good if you like pretzel roll and ciabatta bread. Covid serving in paper trays with chips was fine, but reminded me of eating from a food truck at the Fraze more than a restaurant. Service slow at best. But the band was so loud everyone was leaving and complaining about ears ringing. Most of the tables around us were leaving because it was miserable. I had some spare time in Springboro and wanted to grab some coffee. Ooh, an independent coffee house! Sure let's try it! I guess I got there before it was busy because I felt like I was just walking into somebody's empty house. I got to the counter and the lady was really nice but didn't have a clue what she was doing. I ordered an Americano, one of the easiest things to make ever, and she had no clue how to make it... from the espresso to the extra water. She had to call her coworker in several times throughout this one little order. Maybe it was her first day; I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. I've been in that position before so I was very patient. One thing I found absolutely offensive, however, was a sign right up front that said, "So many men, so many reasons to sleep alone." I don't care if it's a joke or a saying meant to be lighthearted, it offends me as someone who tries his best to be a good man for his girlfriend, who was raised by a good man as a father, and who is surrounded by good and honorable men in my life. What a disgrace. Best Patio in the area! They renovated an old house in Springboro and turned it in to a great little coffee/lunch place by day and a rocking little hangout at night. The nightlife only happens on Wed-Fri. They sometimes have special events on Saturday nights too. The food is all good. They have good wine but not an extremely large selection. What they have is good though so not to worry. They also turned the old carriage house in to a bar that they call the Man Cave. They bring in lots of talent from Dayton and Cincinnati for live music. I was visiting Springboro from California. I could not believe the wonderful service & great ambiance. Nice selections of wines and lovely menu. My boyfriend & I went there for lunch and then returned another evening for the live music and dinner. The band, Last Call , was amazing. Great sound , and selection of music was so much fun! The staff was so kind and friendly. I have been raving about my experience to all my clients ( I have a hair salon & I am a stylist) ever since I returned CA. I have been saying how wonderful the people of Springboro are & I had the pleasure of meeting Heather in person & she was a lovely person. Someone I felt I could be friends with. The whole experience was wonderful. And amazingly enough, after telling my story at least 100 times, it ends up one of my long time clients (20 years) grew up in Springboro, and went to high school with Heather. Small world! I live near Malibu and live music and cute restaurants are everywhere. This place truly was very memorable for me and I plan on returning on my next visit.
