In 2012 I had Closet Doctor make several cabinets for my garage. While trying to solve this problem I noticed that the cabinet was pulling away form the wall in the top right hand corner. I removed all the items from the cabinet and called the Closet Doctor asking them to make the necessary repairs. This was late in the week and I was told they could fix the problem early next week. The repairmen arrived as scheduled and fixed the problem. When I had made the appointment I didn't ask how much it would cost because I was willing to pay whatever it cost to get the cabinet repaired. When they were done and the cabinet was once again flush with the wall I asked how much it cost for the repair and was pleasantly surprised when they told me there was no charge. The Closet Doctor is definitely a company that stands behind their work. All the other cabinets are working as good as when they were first installed. I highly recommend them.

Ray, the sales rep., was informative, very helpful, and very easy to work with. He gave me detailed information on the process of doing the flooring, the materials used, and what to expect from the finished product. No hard sell from Ray, he has a good product to sell and is focused on having a happy and satisfied customer. The scheduled date for the installation was kept to literally the minute. Tom, the installation technician, and his partner arrived exactly when promised and stayed on the job until it was finished. The preparation work and detail to the quality of the finished product was outstanding in every way. Tom even cut in around where the garage doors touch the floor so as to create a more professional look and ensure the long term appeal of the coating. High grade quality products were used and I am confident that I will have a great looking floor for a very long time. My next door neighbor had his garage floor refinished at the same time and he is equally as impressed with the quality of the materials and the high level of preparation work that was done prior to the installation of the epoxy, color flakes, and protective clear coat. The pricing for the epoxy flooring is very competitive and I know from prior experience that you won't get a better quality or more durable finish than what is available through this company. A family member had garage cabinets installed along with a epoxy flooring a little over two years ago. While they abuse the floor a lot more than I would ever considering doing, the finish on the floor looks like new over two years after being installed. I also needed a door repaired that I had damaged on one of their cabinets. A 15 minute visit to their factory off of Sunrise Blvd. and I had a like new cabinet door to install. Great follow up service and care in providing excellent customer satisfaction. The blinds failed--some can be raised but can't be lowered. They were "fixed" and failed again. It's been weeks and nothing has happened. I asked for a refund. There is a narrow window when blinds can be replaced, then there is a fee. All of the blinds are suspect for failure. My $7,000 purchase is a misery. Do your research -- Hunter Douglas' reputation has suffered, as has their quality control.

The crews that worked on each job were extremely skilled--and fun to have around. They did an amazing job on the plank flooring despite finding a challenging situation under the old flooring. They cut the flooring in under our fireplace and did a great job on a transition step. Also, excellent work on baseboards. Carpet laying was done in lightning fast time. Once they got started they worked diligently until the job was done. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.
