They provided us with good ideas to solve the kitchen cabinet storage issue we had, the work was quick and neat, and the price was very reasonable, much less than I thought it would be. They came out when they said they would. The only issue, minor, was that after they provided the quote, it was difficult to get hold of anyone to let them know I wanted to go ahead with the project (left emails and messages) but nobody got back to me. Sliding drawers made the organization much much better than the old shelving. Keep in mind you will lose quite a bit of width.

We love the roll out shelves and believe they did a good job. My only issue is the bare and switch. The discounted package deals listed in the HomeMag were about 50% less than what we actually paid. For 12 roll out shelves we actually paid around $2200 for the medium upgrade--not even the top of the line. Other than that I would recommend them--they should change their advertisement though. Again it is my opinion that it felt like bait and switch. Perhaps you should look at your advertisement to see if there is any room for improvement instead of being defensive. read more

Had so many rollout shelves added to our new home, they're all custom and we're very pleased with them. Paul measured and installed himself and the office staff were all very helpful and very pleasant to work with. This are not cheap, but would never do without them in a home so if you think about what that's worth to you over time, I'd say do it! The only complaint is after each shelf was installed he could've taken a small vacuum to clean each one of them as wood dust from drilling holes was left, so expect to clean them yourself unless they change how they clean up. read more

I saw these pull out shelves years ago at a home show and really wanted them. I just never seemed to be able to get the stars to align to get my wish. They came for a bid and once it was complete and I said let's do it, within two weeks we're back to install. Pricing was reasonable and the quality is superior. I even had them build in a cabinet that holds two trash cans hide. Behind a cabinet for the same cost as if you bought a nice stainless single can. The two best parts are that is has soft close mechanism so my dog can't get I to it and nobody sees my trash anywhere because it looks like a cabinet.
