If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read some reviews before using them because I'm having the same issue as some of the other reviewers. First time they showed up, they weren't on time, showed an hour later. No big deal since I was working anyhow. They completed the job quickly since it was a team of 3 people helping Robert do the window tint. I should have inspected the windows immediately but since I was working I had to rush back inside and get back to my clients. On my lunch break I went outside to see and there were bubbles everywhere on all my windows that they tinted. I waited the 4 days and didn't roll down any windows hoping some of the bubbles would go away but they didn't. I contacted Robert and he said he couldn't get to me til the end of the following week. So I said perfect thanks. The day before he's supposed to come, he tells me he cant and pushes me to Monday. On Monday at that time we were supposed to be getting a hurricane so he changed it to Wednesday or Thursday. No call Wednesday so Thursday rolls around and he showed up at my home address that is 30 miles away from the address I told him to come to; so he has to reschedule me again to the next week. Another week goes by and I finally get the text that they are 45 minutes away, I was finally relieved they were coming. 2 hours go by and they haven't showed. I called in and got Olivia who proceeds to tell me they are delayed at a job and won't be here for atleast another hour. I told her that's not going to work because I'm about to leave my place of employment. Like I said I live 30 miles away so the last thing I want to do is keep waiting after my job has closed and hope that they come. She then tells me they are so booked up she's not sure when they can even get to me this week. I ask for a refund and they deny saying they need to remove the tint they put on before refunding me. These people won't even show up to fix the job they messed up in the first place. I know they won't show up to remove the tint and refund me. I have all the pictures showing how terrible of a job they did, it's not like I'm looking for a free tint job. I just want my brand spanking new car to look nice and the windows look like something I could have done myself. After I tell them I'm taking it to small claims, they have some sub contractor call me to see if he can help me. I politely denied and said I'll handle it with the court. I know this is a lengthy review but I would stay far away from this company. If they come do your windows, they will never come back to fix their mistakes. Highly unprofessional! You always go back and fix a job that you messed up first before taking on new clients and getting so busy that you can't even get back to make things right. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Robert has been our tint guy for years, YEARS! He gets the job done and gets it done right for us. If we ever have any issues, we just make a phone call and its in process to be resolved, what more can you ask for? read more

Roberto did a poor job of installing the tint. There are big bubbles in my kitchen windows. One of my kitchen window did not stick at the edge (big area) as it was not cleaned properly. It is filled with silicone debris. I called him to fix it. He came to my house to inspect it. After inspection he accused me of tampering with tint. He left the house in the middle of a conversation. He has not returned my calls since then. He does not care after the job is done. WARRENTY IS ONLY ON PAPER! He had hired non-trained helpers to tint my house. The job was poorly done. Now he does not want to take any responsibility in fixing the tint. NEVER HIRE THIS GUY AGAIN!!! read more

Used Heatwave to tint my Lexus in 2011, with only minor bubbles which were resolved promptly. In 2012, I called Heatwave to tint my new Audi, and it had bubbles on EVERY window. After calling multiple times I was told they subcontracted my tint job, so they claim no responsibility. I don't use companies that don't stand by their service/product. read more

Awful experience.Robert the owner stated he would re tint my windows since it was peeling. He said he would come out on Monday and then he cancelled. He called me and stated he would come out Tuesday after 3. I receive a message stating they are at my house at 11am. I called and said the appt was was not until 3. Robert yelled in the phone and stated we are trying to accomodate you. And then hung up the phone on me. Also, if it is a lifetime warranty tint, why do I have to pay anything? Never again will I deal with extremely unprofessional people. read more
