Called to schedule a pedicure. Showed up. They didn't have it.They said they were booked all days. I am never going back.

Part 1, ROBBERY. Making separate parts because you guys REALLY screwed up this time and I've reached my bullsh*t tolerance. If I could give negative stars, I would. They are good for pedicures, and nothing else. I took a client with special needs here and all she gets is a gel manicure I always have gotten a full set. I go in to our appointment, and they say no one there can do acrylic (How this is possible, I don't know know.. you all DID go to school to learn this did you not? Even I know how to do my own nails with acrylic).. so I get dip instead.. they were way too long and instead of coffin like I asked, she filed them almost to a stiletto.. I had to fix them myself when I got home. Oh, did I mention they overcharge? They knew my client uses her mom's card so guess what was $100.. for a gel polish only and dip powder.. UNREAL. Same overcharging for two BASIC pedicures.. $90.. you are f-ing kidding me. I suck it up and pay.. but keep a mental note.. I make another appointment for manicures for us like my client asked and give them one more chance.. Part 2: Incompetence I have tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for manicures and such but it has been terrible. I make an appointment for my client's gel polish and a full set for me. I get seated and an older guy who doesn't know English re-asks what I want. he then begins with a long clear acrylic tip and some pliers and RIPS my dip powder off in pieces. after 6 nails, and one (my pinky) rips off my natural nail and bleeds I tell him to stop it right now and to take them off how they are SUPPOSED to be (if you don't know, you file down with the drill, then soak in acetone, repeat) he continues to rip them off in pieces. after my second nail almost had a hole in it, you can see blood close to the top in my photos, I demand he stop. He did the last two correctly. then he puts the tips on.. only measures out one hand ASSUMING the other will fit the same, again WRONG. your dominant hand is always slightly bigger, so some sizes do not match up--he figures this out the hard way. He then GLUES my pinky wound shut and throws a nail tip over it. I told him I want them semi short knowing when they file later it gets shorter. He appears to do that and I'm surprised he even measured both nails. Then proceeds to file the natural nail, as you should to remove shine. Again, if you are unfamiliar with this ALL shine from any part of the nail or tip must be removed otherwise the acrylic will NOT stick and you will have lifting. He does not file the tips. I had to tell him 3 times to file the tips and he went and got someone else who explained to him what to do.. At this point I was very uncertain of his ability to complete a full set with acrylic given all the screw ups thus far, so I asked him if he knew how, but said yes.. He then starts building the acrylic bead.. terrible attempt. It was all over the place, globby, uneven, and NO apex. The apex is what prevents your nail from breaking, and rounds out the nail so it isn't flat (see photos I posted). He didn't finished them correctly or brush off dust before doing the acrylic. The gel paint job looks like crap and they look like chiclets. Check out the finished product, aka the display of their 'professional' work. It looks like Hellen Keller tried to do my nails. This is by far the WORST manicure I have ever had in my entire life. I get my nails done every two weeks and for last 5 years consecutively. They didn't try and make it right, and I was charged $77 DOLLARS for this garbage. I bet you don't even have licenses, which I WILL be investigating further. final product posted while sitting in my car outside of this.. establishment. The environment was incredibly peaceful. The lady who took care of my mom (her first pedi!) was so nice to her and made conversation with her. The prices were pretty decent for what's included and they have several options/treatments. The only thing that keeps me from giving the place 5 stars is the fact that the lady who took care of me, although she was very nice and polite, seemed to have forgotten about me at one point. When she got to my second foot, she only painted one toenail, left and didn't come back for over 10 minutes. When she was done, she put my nails under the warm fan, left again and didn't come back for over 20 minutes! I had to get my feet out of the fan because I felt like my feet were drying out. But to be fair, they did get busy shortly after my mom and I arrived. Anyway, aside from that, I loved the experience! They offer wine while you're getting pedis. Very relaxing experience. I would definitely go back again! My mom felt very happy and relaxed afterwards! read more

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon for a pedicure. I was greeted right when I walked in. No wait. Was in a chair right after I walked in. I love the layout of this nail salon. It smells good and the ambience & lighting are just right. Phillip did my pedicure. He was amazing. The staff there is very nice. Phillip showed me how to use the massage options on the chair. We chatted for a bit. He didn't scrub too hard. I don't like hard scrubbing and scraping anyway. The 10 minute leg massage after my pedicure was EVERYTHING!!! I almost fell asleep in the chair. Overrated & Overpriced. I got a pedicure from here this past summer and paid $60. It was insanely overpriced and the nail tech messed up my toes and had to start all over. It took almost two hours and I wasn't offered a discount for the mess up. read more

The atmosphere (dim lights, relaxing running water, clean pedi bowls) makes this place. The services offered and their prices compete with The Spa at Merle Norman. One thing to be aware of is some of their gel polish is low quality like other reviewers indicate. I have noticed three days in it chips! I usually take my infinite shine OPI polish with me and it last much longer. Give them a try, I do not think you will be disappointed in how relaxing the atmosphere is while you receive a pedicure or manicure. read more

Stopped for a pedicure without an appointment. They quickly got me in. The girl who did my nails cut the big toes in on the sides which I don't like because they tend to grow in when they grow out. They quickly fixed one when I hit it on the fan but didn't put a base cost under that fixed polish after removing it. With a basic pedicure you always get a quick massage but none was included. I missed it. They are friendly, very clean and nice but I give them 4 stars read more

Today was my first time here and I went as a walk in. I was put off by the (lack of) greeting/explanation of availability from the child "working" the front desk and actually debated going over to Michaels, but was very pleasantly surprised by the rest of the experience. I was impressed with the massage that came with the deluxe pedicure and the time that the technicians spent on my manicure and pedicure. This is the first time I felt my experience has been comparable to what I was used to price and quality wise since moving here 6 years ago! I've paid more or the same elsewhere in the area for much less. I look forward to returning. read more

Well. I initially enjoyed this place, especially the atmosphere. However, their nail polish is very poor quality. I got shellac and not even two days later it started to chip. I went in to get it touched up and was rudely approached. When I told the employee that my shellac chipped she just said "huh" and walked off. I sat for 30 min hoping to be quickly assisted as I just spent a good amount of money there but nope, was never approached again. I won't be going back. Don't waste your money here, you'll have your nails chipping before you even walk out the door. read more

I had been recommended to get a pedicure here but I only needed a manicure so that's what I came for. Unfortunately as they were sanding the old polish off my nails, the sander jumped off my nail onto my finger pad.. cutting it badly. Yes it was bleeding. They tried to place a bandaid but it's a difficult place. Hurt like a bugger! It's been a few hours now and it's still throbbing. This was not what I expected at all! : ( read more

This place is awesome. It smells amazing and is relaxing. You get what you pay for!!! I paid for the plus pedicure it was $49. When I first came in i was greeted and the person at the front desk walked towards me I told him what I wanted and he let me choose a color and then I was escorted to the room where the pedicure chairs are at. The nail technician took their time with me and they even gave me a towel to cover myself. I was wearing a dress it wasn't short or anything but I still liked the fact they gave me a towel that was thoughtful. The chairs recline,move back and forth so you can actually get comfty in your spa chair. There is relaxing music and a water fall with mood lighting. After my pedicure they took me to another room to do my foot massage. This room was dark with mood lighting delicates music and a waterfall in the back round. You lay down on the chair and they give you an actual reflexology foot massage. My fat piggy pregnancy feet loved it. (Ugly swollen feet included in review )It is AHMAZING! It worth the money you spend idc what anyone else has to say. You're not paying for just the pedicure you're paying for the sterilized equipment they use, the equipment your sitting on and peace and tranquillity you deserve while getting a pedicure! The only thing that saves this place is the atmosphere. I've been here twice and my shellac has begun chipping well before the two week mark. Last time I went the nail tech ripped my skin and I bled for quite a while. My friend who has been here with me twice has has major chipping within the first week. I've been visiting this business for about two years now, and I loved it up until recently. A few months ago, I noticed that they went up on their prices not a huge deal, but unfortunately it seems that as prices went up, customer service went down. The last time I went, my pedicure chair had white dust all over the armrest; I'm hoping it was something from the wall and not foot dust. My technician didn't clean it until the end of my service. Today when I went, the massage chair was acting up and the technician beside me told me I was using the controller wrong. When I went in for my eyebrow waxing, another technician brought two more clients in the room and started doing an armpit waxing in the same room! It was just awkward to me especially considering the fact that the girl had to take her shirt off. I love the reflexology massage at the end of the pedicure, but I think it's time to find another favorite place. Unfortunately it seems this business is more focused on quantity as opposed to quality, which is a real bummer because they were so amazing when they first opened. They also have a loyalty program, where each service earns you points to use towards another service. Every time I've tried to use those points, the person that checks me out doesn't know how to redeem them. So I just gave up and deleted that app. read more

Usually a pretty decent manicure or pedicure for a reasonable price however they tend to close a lot earlier than their posted times. If you need to close 30-60 minutes before your posted schedule then change your hours. read more

This is the only nail salon I will go to in Greenville. They are diligent and take their time to make sure your nails and toes are perfect! I have never gotten a bad nail tech at this place. I will let anyone do my nails here! read more

I was referred here by the misleading reviews I read about the spa in Wilson. I have a much better experience at Polished or Glamour! My water was cold, she rushed through my pedi as if she was racing with the tech beside her, she couldn't put the polish on without getting it all over, and to top it all off- I left with my feet hurting! Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Soft music playing. Vu did a great job on my pedicure and GAO gave an awesome 10 minute reflexology massage. The wifi was a little iffy but not focusing on my phone probably made it more relaxing anyways. I highly recommend this place. read more

OMG THIS PLACE nooooooo Poor quality polish. They need to look into REPLACING the polish when it runs out. Adding water/oil to it and shaking it around does not help at all. There are some super sweet staff but I encountered two that were awful. The young female who did my pedicure Made three of my toenails bleed throughout the pedicure and then went to scrub them afterwards with a brush - I freaked. My nails.... it was a somewhat older woman and she beat the crap out of my hands! First of all, i sat down and she was just staring at me and laughing but in a snooty way (I'm assuming my pedicure girl chatted with my manicure girl and they were all in cahoots) She then proceeded with my manicure. She Scraped the entire polish off of one nail "by accident" THREE different times bc she was using her nasty long thumb nail to outline the polish on my nails and would slip and swipe across it taking off all of the polish and kept laughing and saying my nails were too small. You do manicures and pedicures on BABIES and children! I'm almost 30... my nails are fine. She then finished with placing a hot rag over my hands and slapped the FIRE out of them maybe three times before i finally pulled my hands away from her and said "I'm done. I've had enough".. everyone around us looked at her doing this too. God bless. Will NEVERRRRRRRR return to this salon. read more

Worst experience ever. Walked out without letting them finish. The woman seemed to not speak much English and couldn't understand what I wanted. My pedicure was ok at best. I got French and the white mixed in with the clear. It's been 3 days and it's all chipped off. Instead of soaking off my shellac and just scraping it, she used the drill thing to remove it. My nails were thin and painful after and just tearing off. Then she kept messing them up and I just told her to quit and left. Never will I go back or recommend them to anyone. read more

Went in for a pedicure and to get shellac on my nails. I didn't find the staff to be overly friendly. My pedicure was just okay, nothing special about it. In fact it didn't even seem to last as long as what I've had before. I frequently get shellac painted on my nails but I don't like getting a "manicure" for various reasons. I told them this today that I only wanted shellac and I'm pretty sure they asked me 10 times if I wanted a manicure. I find this very frustrating as I want to just say what I want and not feel like I'm being forced to do something I don't want. Store is very clean though. I visited this business with my sister in law. I wanted to treat her to a pedicure. My daughter had visited this location and said the service she received was pretty good. Well I choose the deluxe package for both. They did not trim my nails, but the message afterwards was pretty good. I proceeded to the register to pay and WOW!!!. At first the young person said it would be one price, then two other people said it was another. I think the whole crowd was confused. They are very misleading in their pricing. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Visiting from out of town and saw that this business is newly opened. Thought I'd give it a try, as I was in need of a pedicure. Sat in the lobby for about 2-3 minutes before being assisted. When someone did come to help me, I asked for the restroom and was quickly told (without the guy ever looking at me), that it was at the back on the right. When I returned to the lobby, he told me to get a color. I saw that they were mildly busy, so I figured he had been running around taking care of things, so I let his nonchalant attitude slide. He directed me to a chair that had water running in a bowl. I sat there and the water was cool. I thought he was coming back to assist me but he didn't. So I asked the lady who was working on another customer to warm up the water and she did so. I sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to tell me that they would be with me soon or asking me if I wanted anything to drink. Absolutely nothing!! By this time the water had cooled off again. I asked the lady how long it would be before someone could assist me and she proceeded to give me a menu!!! What??? I told her I was leaving and suggested that they work on their customer service if they wanted to stay on business! Won't be going here again! read more

Don't consider anywhere else! Go here! Their prices are amazing for what you get! They did an amazing job on my poor feet which hadn't been done in two years! The foot reflexology is LEGIT! Brought tears in my eyes with the amount of stress that came out of me when she pushed and kneaded on my feet and legs! I got an eyebrow wax with no waiting and she really got an arch out of my brow! Best pedicure I've had in awhile. The tech took his time and did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The reflexology was heavenly and worth every penny, I will be back! The only suggestion to make the experience better would be after having reflexology done, the oil and lotion needs to be wiped off feet better; I felt as though I may slide right out my shoes. read more

My first visit was not good at all. Person doing my pedicure was rough and he used a hard bristle brush on TOP of my foot and toes. I have sensitive skin and my toes were stinging the next day because of the brushing. I gave them a bad review on their facebook page because of the experience and the attitude of the worker. I will say the person managing the page did apologize for my bad experience. I will give them credit for that. I will consider giving them another opportunity to make it right- as they said "unforgettable" hopefully in a GOOD way! read more
