Meet n great: arrived 30 minutes early: Not terrific since I'm a remote employee in midst of teams meeting with manager. Debated my instructions on use of front door as opposed to garage entrance, seemed miffed that my vehicle would be in garage. Seemed disgruntled with gate access in case of power outage, in lieu of garage entrance. Instructions for feeding: informed me that the request for 3 plates of food in kitchen and 3 plates of food on porch: she was getting in and out. *my neighbor went in on day 5 and confirmed no food in kitchen, just on porch. My cats (3) were not getting enough food. Spoke to Cathy and requested again, 3 plates of food in kitchen and on porch. I was gone 2 weeks: placemat in kitchen, never changed, I left 5 clean placemats. Bag of dirty paper plates left in kitchen. Mosquito larva in toilet next to litter box (why wasn't it flushed). Neighbor confirmed 730am visits, yay. She was very thorough with obtaining emergency local contacts, but I feel that Cathy did what Cathy wanted, regardless of my reasonable requests. read more

Had left a great review in the past. This time I asked a simple question, do we need to be feeding more. This was my full text: When we got home this morning, the dogs where ravenous. It didn't appear that they got fed yesterday. Or we may need to be feeding them more. Our housekeeper was here yesterday and water bowls were dry. Please advise. In her rudeness, this is her full text response: Yes, they're ravenous every morning when I get there. The schnauzers had heaping cups of food, the pigs had three big cups of food, the pigs water bowls were filled and also the bowls in the kitchen were filled. I can Always count on Cathy. She has bailed me out countless times. She is very thorough as my dog needs meds and daily walks for his hips.She spends adequate time ( nosey neighbors) walking my boy and making sure he does his business. Cathy is so thoughtful as I never use my keys just the garage door and she reminded me that we could lose power so I had to find a key for her. Heaven Scent Pet Sitting was one of my best "finds" when we moved to Ormond Beach! Our cats are like kids to us and we traveled quite a bit. It was great to have Cathy come to our home to give us peace of mind knowing our cats were well cared for while we were away. In addition to feeling comfortable with having her check on our kitties twice per day, she checked the mail and brought in the newspapers. Litter box was scooped out and all was disposed of by Cathy. I would not use this women. We exchanged many texts and emails and a phone call. We scheduled a visit for her to meet my dogs ( two huskies) and then she sends me and email asking if my dogs bite. I told her no they have never bitten anyone, hours later she sends me an email that two of her current clients wanted to increase her workload and she could not take on any more clients. Very lame excuse. I wouldn't trust her. read more

It is hard to find someone with experience who we can trust. After meeting Cathy we knew our four cats would be well taken care of while we were away on vacation. She went above and beyond what we expected. We were gone for two weeks and walked back into our home and it felt as if we never left. It still smelled clean and freash just as the day we left.
