I have to admit for being a big box store, they were clean and had a wide variety of items to browse through. During the week, there weren't a lot of staff on hand, but the one who helped us was really good. My wife had a return to make and one thing keeping this place from getting a higher rating was that there was no signage indicating where customer service/returns were located. None of the cashier aisles had anyone there when we entered. We browsed a little and my wife spotted a gal who was stocking inventory (loads of seasonal stuff was filling the shelves). The employee immediately stopped stocking and directed my wife to the second cashier spot and she opened the spot and processed the returned item with a simple review of the receipt to confirm it was purchased there and the price to be refunded. In about a minute, my wife was refunded her money. My wife also asked if they carried some artificial plants and where would she find them. The clerk pointed in the general directions and then gave some verbal direction to help find the specific items. Unfortunately, they had similar stuff to what my wife wanted, but not exactly. But that wasn't the clerk's fault. Prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the items I picked up seemed good too. This is a really large store with two floors. Upstairs is all clothing and accessories. Do yourself a favor and grab a basket when you go in. I walked past so many things because I didn't want to carry them around the store, but then forgot where I saw everything. The layout is slightly confusing, but there are tape arrows on the floor and "you are here" maps posted around. The prices do vary by booth. A few of the things I wanted seemed on the expensive side but a quick google search confirmed they were indeed accurate prices. Sometimes the cute stuff is expensive! The staff are also great about holding stuff for you at checkout until you're ready to checkout. This time around I only bought a small metal sleigh for Xmas decor, but there's about 50 more things I wanted to buy but didn't really need.

Justin in particular was great. Well after talking with Justin we found a beautiful green couch and he was very helpful. I then realized when we were leaving, I dropped my card somewhere in the store. Justin helped us walk around the whole store and we couldn't find it. I admitted defeat and we left. Justin then runs out to the parking lot because he found it! Great customer service and we will be back because of him.

I called the store and the customer service was terrible. I finally had to end up calling their main corporate customer service line. Apparently they are going to send me a new couch/love seat however I received no confirmation so fingers crossed they don't bone me more than they already have. Also when I ordered online the sales guy called me and said the couch was ready for pick up however the love seat had to be ordered. He offered for me to get the couch now and come back for the love seat. I said I'd prefer to get them at once, his response was "well the couch may be gone by the time we get the loveseat" what???? We purchased a "flip" at the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic believing we would move in immediately. After spending more time in the house we realized quickly we needed to call in professional help. While many might balk at undertaking a home remodel during a pandemic - not Charmean and her staff. All work including selecting fabrics, wallpaper, carpets, window treatments, paint colors, lighting fixtures as well as building numerous custom pieces of furniture flowed seamlessly from start to completion. Additionally, Charmean connected us with an excellent contractor, painter, picture hanger and even a flawless mover. Charmean and her team are a joy to work with, competent, caring, available and seasoned. Charmean listened to our goals for the new home and this current stage in our lives and fulfilled each of our requests exactly. I wholeheartedly endorse CNI and am truly looking forward to our next project together.

And Karen, who was actually there and it was her, was so nice and told us about her store -the history of it, what she has where she got it..ect. So friendly and helpful! I absolutely love everything inside....it hard to leave without buying anything! I am sure we will be back to spruce up our new home soon! And everything is very reasonably priced -not over priced like a lot of places you go into with the same sort of items. Everything seemed so unique...not something you can find at your everyday walmart or meijer...but not horribly out of those walmart or meijer price ranges either. Wonderful! She was surprised by how big the store was compared to the one she visited in Lexington, KY which she said was very small. I was impressed by how extensive the costume selection was including costumes from popular movies and TV series like Megan 2.0 and Squid Game. We spent about a hundred dollars. She wanted wings for her home made costume and found a pair of "antique" style wings that a certain big box store online doesn't have and they were only $5 more than the usual white kind typically found online.

I usually see an employee tidying up if things are out of place. Every employee I've come in contact with has been friendly. They have women's shoes in the front, beauty products, bags and accessories, dresses (formal and causal), and home goods along with the girls, boys, and men's departments. It's not a huge store, but they carry a lot. I I like Ross because It's a little bit of everything, and the prices are reasonable. I needed new jeans, so I found 3 pairs that I wanted to try on. They generally are known to have nice jeans/denim for good pricing. My husband found some gym shorts at reasonable prices. They have a fitting room in the back, but a man was there working and said they were closing it down. He directed me to the fitting room upfront. There was only one fitting room open up front (one was closed down), and a line started forming. I waited about 15 minutes for the fitting room, which was inconvenient. I decided to purchase 1 out of the 3 I tried on, and they were $15 which is cheap. The line to check out was fairly long too. One of the workers checking people out said she was taking her break, so it only left one lady at the register. Eventually someone else came to help her out and the line started to move a little faster. We stood in the checkout line about 20 minutes, definitely need to have patience when shopping. This location is connected to other business with shared parking, which can get crowded when busy.

My oldest, is 10... 14/16 was WAY TOO TIGHT. We had to get her, a woman's medium! Okay, both girls drank a growth spurt juice. Maybe they are a tad bit bigger, than the kids of their age. So, I guess just remember this tip, if your kids, are a little bigger. Back to the store.. Asset protection sits at the front door. She's a nice lady & seems to be vigilant. I completely understand that store carts can come up missing & they want to avoid a mess, in the parking lot; but not being able to take the cart, outside of the front doors, is a bit of a nascence. People fill their carts up, have kids; or both. I don't know what to recommend, just because I get it. Annoying, though. Another thing... I could NOT get the restroom sink faucets, to come on! I was working, hard! lol Luckily, I keep hand sanitizer. I remember, as a kid, they literally had a whole entire floor, or at least a huge section, of coats. It was like pulling teeth, trying to find coats. LUCKILY, I did find 2 coats, that are PERFECT! I just hated that I only had the option of getting a light pink coat, for my 3 year old; vs a dark one. I'm not too sure I like how the lines work. Difficult to find, if you're not paying extra close attention... and, once you get there, your cart kind of sits in the other persons lane. It wasn't a horrible experience.. just a few little tweaks, I'd like to see, changed.

I found 4-5 3x coats, no women's plus jackets at all above a XL and yet there were men's big and tall jackets through 5x. Why? I think this is sad... plus size should be included in this store. You have all kinds of other sizes. Ridiculous.
