Retinol seems to burn my skin, so I am trying out the skinceuticals resurfacing serum. They also carry products exclusively for men, which my boyfriend loves. He also loves to steal my products so I buy two when I am shopping here. I believe they also offer facials and makeup application. I want to come back and try their services out! I visited the office to get a renewal of my medications on October 3rd and prior authorization for a specialty medication. It's now October 30th and my specialty medication has not been called in (let alone filled). Let's start with the office visit. I came with the number for the specialty pharmacy, offered it to the doctor, and was told they didn't need it. Okay, great. I call the pharmacy a couple days later, no prior authorization was received. Cut to me calling Dermatology Associates 8+ times over 4 weeks, the prescription being called into my old pharmacy, no one responding to my calls, and here we are at almost 4 weeks out and my medication still has not been renewed. No apologies, no excuses. Most of the time calling the pharmacy department got no response and I had to call the receptionist to even get anyone to pay attention. I'm now out of my medication and waiting for the severe reaction that always results from that. But, based on the other reviews, doesn't look like I'm alone.

The girl talked to another employee the whole time she rang me up. Again, no interaction. This store has a good variety of products, but the parking situation and lack of customer service cancels that out. This is the Ulta closest to where I live so I've been here many times since it opened a few years…read moreago. Even when the lot is busy, I've never had trouble finding nearby parking. I've done both in-store shopping as well as order online/pickup in store + curbside. The checkout process is always a little slow, but I think that's every Ulta or Sephora. There's a 50/50 chance you'll find someone to help you while shopping in-storek, and not every product has a sample. Always check to see if there's a coupon on the website you can use on your purchase--many times, these are offered on the non-prestige brands. This Ulta also has a full-service salon in the back. Note that the salon hours differ from the store hours which is not very clear on the website or on Google maps. On weekdays the salon is not open until 12 pm, which means not even the salon front desk is staffed. On the weekends, it's a bit earlier, I believe 11 am. I took my niece here for a haircut/style/highlights with Bella. She did an amazing job over the four hours we were there. Like most teenagers, my niece became obsessed with things she'd seen on TikTok without any regard for whether that would work on her hair, in particular. Bella was very transparent from the start about expectations and kept us informed of what she was doing every step of the way. She also made great recommendations for toners that could be used at-home to maintain the color. It was also very reasonably priced -- $185 before tip which is a steal considering the amount of time and energy she put into it, plus we'd also added an Olaplex treatment since this was virgin hair. It seems easy enough to book appointments online; I'd gone in person because I wasn't sure what to book for my niece and how long it would take. I'd definitely come back for the salon experience for a closer-by option than my usual. A wash/blowout is $45 which seems comparable to other places like Dry Bar.

The Welcome Sleep and Nostalgia blends are my current favorites (you can get them as oils to diffuse, room sprays, shower bombs, etc,), but you can make your own custom blend to support any intention you have! I also refill my empty Lavender and Eucalyptus oils here for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm excited to try an aromatherapy class soon!
