The pedicure I got was the best I have ever had. My nails looked so neat, and the colour is still on my toes! The massage chairs are divine- but don't be shy to ask how they work. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but once I nailed the setting, I was able to enjoy it. The gel nails I got stayed on for about 3 weeks, until I went into the salon to have them taken off. They were in great shape when I had them removed, but I had just grown old of them. The shellac stayed on for this full period too, without chipping-- which is more than what I can say for most salons offering shellac polish. I was really impressed that Vanessa stayed after the closing hour to complete my nails, without rushing me. Overall, the decor is a bit tacky, but I will come here again for the service. It is fantastic, very affordable and the products are the best I have received. They have a GREAT, fun selection of polishes, including the shellac too (many other salons don't have a great selection). I would recommend this salon to friends, and would definitely go again!

The spa has a very welcoming vibe to it once you walk in and it was nicely decorated inside and out for Christmas. It was also noticeably clean, which I immediately look at before receiving a spa treatment. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and our coats were taken from us to be hung up. We were then asked if we wanted any coffee or tea while we received our spa service. The coffee was good and nice to sip on to warm up. Melanie did my pedicure and Megan did my Mom's. They were both masked, professional and friendly. They made sure my Mom and I were both comfortable during the entire time. We sat in massage chairs that were so relaxing. There were plenty of nail polish colour options to choose from and we both chose festive Christmas colours. Overall, our pedicure experience was very relaxing and pleasant. I would definitely come back here with my Mom for a pedicure with Melanie and Megan. We would like to try getting manicures in the future with them. I got mediocre service but it was the only place I knew. The last time I went I got a pedicure and the lady used those foot scrappers. The scapper was clearly broken but she kept attempting to use it on me. Then it cut a big junk of skin out of my heel and I started to bleed everywhere. They did not have proper first aid supplies to bandage me up. And only God knows if and how they sterilized that tool afterwards. Also it was my birthday the next day and I had a part To make matters even worse, when I went to pay the lady knowing fully well what had happen tried to charge me full price. I said "but you cut my foot" she like oh okay $5 off. Honestly I should have gotten it for free but I was in a rush as my friend from Toronto just came in and waited for me. From the service side, I was disappointed because I don't like it when the nail tech doesn't pay 100% attention to the customer. She started speaking in her language to another employee there every now and then. Then, I realized she was almost training the other employee at doing nails, and was explaining how she was doing it. At first that wasn't too bad, but then after 30 min, it seemed as if she paid no mind to me and just forgot that I was a person, not just a pair of hands, so she offered no conversation or involved me in any way-- nothing. I was happy with my nails, so in the end, I wasn't mad. It's just not ideal, from a service perspective. ---I went in a second time, and got Mel. She is amazing! I told her I didn't have much time for a full acrylic nail process, and we came up with a short cut that looked just like the full 1hr process. She went straight at it, no distractions, and my nails were perfect! She made my day--basically week, because she was so careful and quick. No cuts, perfect coating, and exact shape I wanted. I would choose her again and again! ---The third time I came to get an upper lip wax, and got Amy. She was quick and the wax they use is really effective. It's the first time the wax works so well on me. It was a bit messy, some got on my nose, but I didn't mind because she got it off before it dried. She was running behind on her last appointment, so I had to wait for about 5-7 min. And before being done with me, she went up to talk to a customer that walked in to the office. I wondered that why with such a quick procedure, she wouldn't just finish with me first and then go see the other customer, or had an extra employee to take care of the front. Oh well, it wasn't a big deal-- just not ideal. A tip if you're getting this done is you should wipe some alcohol on your upper lip every night to avoid little bumps or redness. ---All around good place, just not too high on customer service. And I've noticed the bedding area is not always very clean or has any place to leave your purse or jacket while you get something done.

I'm curious about the lash extensions they do but I'm not brave enough to have anyone touch my eyes! I've seen their work though and the lashes are gorgeous. I wish this salon lots of success.
