This place is ran by high schoolers, so have patience. They did mess my order up a couple times, but the ice cream is so worth it. A couple things that I found do awesome in this store.. they have self serve water in the dining area! So many ice cream places make you purchase bottled water if you get thirsty after your sweet treat. They also have shakers with sprinkles at tables!! How awesome!! Everyone inside Snookies was buzzing around the inside. The interior was extended to house all the goodies and options. Ordered a small chocolate malt and hubby got a large marshmallow malt. After we asked them to clean one of the tables they told us to clean it ourselves. There was no toilet paper, paper towels in the bathroom. Once I informed the staff of this they did nothing. My daughter shoe fell off because it's stuck to the ground. It was horrible. I would not recommend.
