I don't even know how to start this review... because the service that my husband and I received from Goodstock Productions was completely ABOVE and BEYOND what we could've imagined. As a bride who is not very good at planning things, I felt extremely overwhelmed when I realized I needed to plan my wedding. My fiancé (at the time) and I immediately started looking into wedding coordinators, and thankfully, Goodstock was one of the vendors our venue (The Sequoia Retreat Center) recommended. We were so pleased with them after our first initial interview that we canceled any other interviews we had set up with other wedding coordinators. Anna and Amy were just so welcoming and kind, and seemed to really have a good understanding of my Twilight wedding vision I felt like I was talking to long time friends. Once we hired them, we got straight into business. Something unique that Goodstock offers compared to other wedding coordinators are their ability to begin working with you right off the bat. We chose the Month of Coordinator package, and usually your Month of Coordinators don't speak with you until 3 months prior... but the moment we hired Goodstock, we had access to them immediately. We were able to email them and ask any questions we wanted which was so helpful considering I've never planned a wedding before Anna would email us every month to check in and make sure we were on track. I'm going to miss our monthly check ins! Anna always had an answer no matter what question I had and a way to make me feel less stressed through her knowledge. I would send her paragraphs of questions I had and she always had an answer on what to do or how to solve the problem. Once we were 3 months away from our wedding, things began to amp up and the next phase of our wedding coordination began. This included coordinating meetings with vendors, organizing & reviewing contracts, and Anna reaching out to introduce herself to the vendors/wedding party. There were so many times during these meetings that Anna had a better understanding of what was going on than we did. Anna also was super creative, like having this awesome idea to have me cascade down the stairs at my wedding ceremony with dry ice. She was down for the theatrics and so was I! In addition to these things, Anna was always a listening ear. Especially the last few weeks before the wedding where everything seemed to be going wrong, she offered support and assured me that everything was going to work out. She always had a back up plan just in case The day of the wedding was simply amazing. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew that Goodstock would have it handled. They coordinated, they directed, they designed, and they DELIVERED. Honestly, I feel like they did more than what wedding coordinators are expected to do. If there was one review I could give an infinite amount of stars to, it'd definitely be for Goodstock Productions. The attached pictures don't do full justice of what Amy and her team are capable of, these are just a fraction of the quality and level of service they've provided for my husband and I. At the beginning, my partner and I thought we'd be okay planning our wedding ourselves while working full-time and going back to school. After a month of planning, we knew we definitely needed a lot more help. We were referred to talk to Goodstock from a coworker and we are so glad we went with hiring Amy and her wonderful team to help us out with our big day! After interviewing a couple other of wedding planners, what ultimately sold us on hiring Goodstock is that they were willing to work with our limited budget to execute a really nice, but affordable celebration. My partner and I were shocked when other wedding planners said that they would only be willing to work with us if we were to up our budget by at least $10-20k! Throughout the whole planning process, Amy and her team have been super open with communicating with us and answering our every question. Imagine working with your BFFs and getting so much done. That's what working with Goodstock felt like and they were SO organized. They also handled all the vendor communication, which was such a big weight lifted off our shoulders since we were working with a good amount of businesses. Amy and Ana noticed my dress was not bustled as we were about to make our enterance for the reception. They asked if I wanted it bustled and offered to do it for me. Lastly, Amy, Prescilla and Ana did an amazing job with setting up all the decor and signs, including the welcome sign/table, the reception, the dessert bar and our memorial with those we have lost. All of it was beyond beautiful and were exactly what I had envisioned. Let me just start by saying that Amy & her team are the best! I worked with Amy for about 2 years planning my September 2022 wedding. Amy was the sweetest from start to finish, as well as her whole team. I hired Amy as a partial planner but I feel like she did so much more than what I hired her for. I have no regrets hiring Goodstock Productions for my wedding. I first found out about Goodstock through Instagram and I really like the style of all the wedding photos Amy posted. My husband had previously worked an event with Amy so he knew Goodstock was the way to go. When we first met with Amy, she was so easy to talk to and made the process effortless. I was highly impressed with the organizational skills that she brought to the table because planning a wedding can get very busy and chaotic. I appreciated that she worked very hard in between out meetings to find and contact vendors, she had my husband and I take a survey to find the exact vision we wanted, and she helped create an itemized list of everything we'd have to purchase. For our venue walkthrough, she asked tons of questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask. If I didn't like something, for example, a piece of decor, shed come back with multiple other options. She really worked with my budget and had no issues finding new vendors or items we needed. On the day of the wedding, we had great communication throughout the morning and she made me feel super comfortable that everything was going to look great. The Goodstock team was super on top of everything and checked in with me to make sure I was ok. Amy went above and beyond to handle my concerns, my family's concerns, and the vendors as well. I cannot recommend Amy and her team enough! Covid made wedding planning extremely challenging but they helped us have a perfect wedding!
