They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing . To do the companionate thing was to put them down at home . It was their domain all their lives . They were surround by their family when it was time to send them home to God . Paws Forever was very helpful with all ours questions . Christine was very helpful and compaionate . Dr Holmsted was the vet who put them down. He explained everything , answered questions , was sympathetic to all our needs , and really cared for us and our babies. I can't say enough about the both of them .....they were great and Nani and Mufasa were fortunate to have them . After they were put down , we had them creamated at Paw Prints Forever.
