Last year my beautiful Maltese passed away, and when I brought him to Forever Remembered, I was treated with kindness and compassion , and my dog was treated with the utmost of respect. Jen, the owner of Forever Remembered, is extremely warm and in her caring way , she helped us through a very difficult situation. Last week, our second dog passed away, he was 15 years old, and just like we did almost a year ago, we had a funeral and said our good byes to our little Murphy, in the most respectful way to honor the wonderful moments of his life. I absolutely would highly recommend Forever Remembered to anyone who has lost their little furry loves, and wishes to say good bye to them with the love and compassion that you originally said hello to them at the beginning of their life with you.

Wonderful place to have when you are grieving the loss of your pet. They only do individual cremations and have a viewing area if you should need it. They are super friendly and very caring. I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them after she passed. They are very accommodating and I highly recommend them.

While we are sad Emma is gone, bringing her to Forever Remembered for cremation did help ease our pain a little bit.

I had her euthanasia scheduled for Saturday morning at 11. She chose to go on her own, she had no fight left in her. She was 19 years old (Oct 2). She had advanced heart disease and was in kidney failure due to the medication she was prescribed for her heart. She was on the medication for over 3 years, we monitored her at her primary vet as well as her cardiologist. She fought hard. Such a tough little girl. But Friday, she was done. I have thought and feared this day since the moment I got her. I wish I had gotten that one last night or taken the day off but there was no way I could of predicted what I came home to. As I sat there with her, watching her last breaths and having my hand on her last heartbeats, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I was sobbing and saying the words that she had died were impossible . I called the vet back to cancel my Saturday appt assuming they would have a plan for her body. There is not a plan for this circumstance. The call taker just said to call around and find a place that does pet cremations. I had to google places . Only 3 places came up. 2 being closed til 9am on Saturday and the 3rd, Dear Pet Memorial Park, OPEN 24 hrs! I thought this can't be right but I called and Keith answered immediately. I don't even think it rang twice before he answered. Through my tears, I briefly explained what had just happened. No hesitation, he said, I can be there within the hour. Sure enough, he was here in 45 mins. His presence brought some kind of peace to the situation. He gave me the choice to hold her for a little while later or take her out when he arrived. I did have him take her right away. I kissed her little cold nose and handed her to him. After she was settled, ready to be transported in his car, he came back in to discuss the process. I was going with a private cremation instead of communal. He went over the timeline and said he would have her back on Tuesday. He wasn't pushy with the add ons ( paw print, jewlery, urns) he just gave me the options he had to offer. I chose a clay paw print in a shadow box , with the rainbow bridge poem on the other side. I also got the basic wooden box with her name on a gold plate. The box is not sealed which is what I would of requested anyway because I'm going to have a piece of jewelry made from her ashes. Sure enough, Tuesday is here and she is back home. The paw print is amazing, I was never able to push her paw into clay or ink and get an impression. I'm so thankful Keith was able to get it just as imagined it would be. I would recommend this business and Keith to anyone in the area. He is compassionate, and caring. The exact person/personality you would want helping you at the worst moment of your life. I can't say enough good things about him and his business. Telling him "Thank You" is not enough. To have someone , a complete stranger, come to your house and comfort you so quickly is just amazing. I will remember his kindness forever. Thank You Keith!!! I am posting a few pictures of Cady during better times.

They also provided us with there contact phone number and also an emergency number after hours which I used. My call was returned in less than 10 minutes and everyone I spoke too was so nice, kind and accommodating. The inside of the facility in Carlstadt was nice, neat and clean and very presentable. Eddie was so caring, gentle, respectful, and just amazing in every way. He made us feel warm and welcome when we came for our appointment. He explained the process and answered all our questions. He then brought us in to see our dog "Valentine" who was so beautifully laid out. Eddie gave us all the time we needed in private to grieve. He was so very kind and made us feel very comfortable. Eddie called us a couple hours later to inform us the ashes were ready. They were presented so beautifully and the engraved label was perfect. Eddie exceeded every expectation I had for the entire process. I feel so grateful to him for showing us such kindness in our final goodbye to our fur baby. Thank you Pet Meadow and thank you Eddie for the best possible experience in such a difficult time.

From the very beginning, it was clear this is a family-owned place run with compassion and integrity. They treated my cat with the utmost dignity and care, and they treated us, the grieving family, with patience and respect. Not once did we feel rushed or disregarded. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, and they did it in the most humble and comforting way possible. In moments like these, emotions run high, and it is rare to find people who truly understand how to handle them. The team here made sure our grief was honored, our feelings were acknowledged, and that our cat's final journey was handled with gentleness. If you are ever in the painful position of needing these services, I cannot recommend them enough. They go far beyond just providing a service. They provide care, respect, and compassion when you need it most.

We knew that we wanted to have her cremated as we had done we other pets that had passed through the years. We had dealt with another crematory in the past through our vet(s) and were nt happy with the recent reviews that they'd been getting. After some research we came upon your crematory and were happy with what we were reading about other people's experiences. We called that morning and spoke to Marisol who was very sympathetic, informative, and respectful. She gave us an appointment right away. We drove to them in Secaucus from Brooklyn and when we arrived Marisol met us at the door. She and Mariah were very polite, understanding, and accommodating. They took our Oreo and placed her on a bed surrounded by flowers and gave us some time alone to say our goodbyes. Marisol then waked us through the cremation process and showed us where it would be done and guaranteed us that it would only be Oreo's ashes that we would be receiving. We were given the opportunity to be present for Oreo's cremation. Ultimately Oreo's ashes were returned to us in less than 2 hours and were were able to bring her back home with us same day. They made this sad morning easier to get through. Along with Oreo's ashes we received a beautiful wooden box to keep her in with an engraved brass pate attached, a certificate allowing us to travel with her ashes, a wooden beaded bracelet, her paw print in clay with 2 gems attached, a stand for her paw print, a rose that lights up, and a notebook with the Rainbow Bridge poem on the cover. We were overwhelmed by all that we were given and the wonderful service that we were provided by Marisol and Mariah. We highly recommend Pet Rest in Peace to any loving pet owner.
