I came in to get my watch sized correctly. After they resized it they offered back the watch and…read morethe extra links and started wrapping up the transaction. One of the other team members then came up and let them know that there were still parts from my watch in the back. They then took back my watch and the bag of extra links; It sounded like they didn't know about the end caps for the rod that secures the links together. After a few minutes they came back and gave me my watch and all of the extra parts; the resize was $15. Since then the little rods have been sliding loose/ out of the links by as much as 2-3mm. It also looks like some of the rods are missing their end caps which explains the sliding. If the other employee didn't notice the extra parts in the back I'm not sure if they would have been returned to me. I'm also not sure if this resize was done correctly because of the loose link rods. It could be they were unfamiliar with the brand of watch; it was Seiko, a Japanese brand. If so I wish they would have refused the resize instead of offer a subpar job. Images attached: The rods have been labeled 1-8. I believe rods 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been left alone. I have had sliding issues with rods 3, 6, and 7. An example of the rod and end cap is also included.

I noticed it when I got to our friends house and called the store. My girlfriend and I returned to the store to get my credit card adjustment. When we had got there we noticed a 25% sale on the door for all Minnetonka Mens and Womens footwear. The lady said it was only for sandals? She had to call the manager to do the credit cause she was new and didn't know how. She said that is why she didn't do it earlier? Excuse me? She asked me if I got the shirt? She made it clear that somebody got a free shirt! She gave me the refund but not for the tax. I had to ask for it and she was upset with that. She made the comment, how much are we talking about, a quarter! I said I think not. I was charged tax for the shirt and I expect to be refunded for it. I had no intentions on being confrontational. I am not that kind of person. I have worked retail all my life. As my friend and I walked out the door we looked at the sign and I now was upset cause the sign said Minnetoka footwear Mens and Womens 25% off with a picture of all shoes. Never said anything about selective styles, sandals only. She said I crossed it off? I said what? She said Sale that would of been in small print next to Mens? It still said 25% off all footwear. She said well that sale is off? Then why is it still posted? She was not only rude she was argumentative. Was it worth $12.00 ? What happened to satisfying your customer and the customer is always right? She lost 2 customers for life and not to mention what word of mouth can do!
