My fiancée and I initially set an appointment, while looking for an engagement ring at the time. Our experience started off okay, and Danny was very good about following back up with us, making sure that we got a rendering of what the ring would eventually look like. He helped make some adjustments to the rendering, and we made another appointment to finalize the band, and ultimately pick out stone. Despite setting an appointment, once we arrived, we had to wait a bit, while Danny attended another customer (understandably), but after that, he still had us wait as he had been unprepared for our arrival. Soon after this meeting, we wanted to set another appointment as he mentioned he would be getting more diamonds soon, after we let him know exactly what kind of stone we were looking for and he realized he didn't have any others in stock. We, of course, understood and let him know we would be okay with waiting for the next shipment. After not hearing back from him for 2 weeks, I sent him a follow up message in order to ask about the new diamond shipment and let him know I was ready to make a deposit. He never responded and made no attempt to reach back out to me. As first time buyers, this was disheartening and disappointing, especially after seeing all of the 5 star reviews on here. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and are happily engaged now, but our personal experience at Jeff White Custom Jewelry, was one that left a bad taste in our mouths. read more

My mother-in-law gave me a beautiful bracelet as a gift that needed resizing. I didn't want to loose any of gold when sizing down, so Danny made sure to work around it. He added an extra clasp to make the bracelet over lap on the bottom of the bracelet. I have a very small wrist and prefer it to fit a bit tighter. The first time picking up the sizing was a bit too big for my liking and Danny fixed it with no questions asked. He was patient, kind and very helpful through this process. Brought in my wedding band to be resized here. They were quick, professional and kind. When I got it back, I noticed that it didn't fit as snug as I quite wanted it-- especially in the winter. Luckily, they have a 30 day sizing guarantee and were happy to bring it down another half size, along with my engagement ring which was also starting to feel looser than when I first got it. I have a Cartier Love bracelet and wanted to add diamonds to the bracelet but have been very apprehensive about having it done because fearing that a jeweler would ruin the bracelet. I happened to be passing by Jeff's store and decided to talk to him about modifying my bracelet. He was professional and very knowledgable, I decided to have him do the work.
