Soooooo disappointed in all the Nail shop right and not happy. Besides them speaking in their language knowing they talking about you. It was not a friendly environment.. I would never come here again .when I got ready to pay after telling them 4 times I wanted regular nail polish he puts shellac and then try and charge for something I didn't want . I'm very disappointed! Always busy. Fig going on a Wednesday at 1pm thinking this is a good time to go, still busy. Which in most cases I take that as a good sign, WRONG! After waiting 30 min, showed what I wanted, after telling the gentleman this isn't what I wanted he continued to do the same thing. Very very upset . In tears. It hard for me to do anything for myself and when I go I was hoping for a awesome foot rub and good service.... the man I had didn't seem to want to even help me at all . Didn't rub my feet. Didn't even want to help me it seemed . And then I asked him to do it harder twice . Because he wasn't trying at all.. I wouldn't mind paying if I knew I was going to get a good service. When I asked for a fake nail . They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about Very upset . Arrived and was seated quickly... for a pedi and nails both white... I had photos the next day and needed a place closer than the place I normally ALWAYS go to so I decided I would try this place.... WRONG IDEA! Should have went to my girl at Fancy nails. My toes were bubbling and my nails were horrible. He said dip nails were hard but anywhere else it was fine. He took two hours and I got there at 3:30pm and didn't leave till 7pm and still was not done. Did not appreciate that they did not offer us anything to drink. Asked for 2 manicures the lady did not put oil nor lotion on my frinds cuticles but the gentlemen put some on mine. After the manicure we wanted to wash our hands lady said we couldn't that we have to wash them at our own house. Never will I go to that place again. I've never left a bad review, I hate judging a business over one experience but mine was awful & I don't want others to make the same mistake. The prices may be cheaper than some salons in Midland, but you get what you pay for. It took an hour to get me into a nail chair & I chose to come back the next day for a pedicure & eyebrow wax. I'm not complaining about the wait, they said they were "short staffed"). I am complaining about the fact that my nail was broken within THREE DAYS. I've had the dip powder at least 10 times before this & have never had one break, keeping them 2-3 weeks every time. My pedicure (deluxe @ $35) felt great, but the actual polish was sloppy. My eyebrows were the worst. I have a CHUNK of my eyebrow missing in a spot that should not have had wax touching it at all. They are crooked, extremely thin, just terrible. Can't say enough bad things about this place. Pleeaaaase go elsewhere, I promise the money you save isn't worth the headache of dealing with job you receive. 3 days after dropping 100+ dollars in this place & I'm heading to another nail salon hoping that they can fix all of my problems. read more

The most horrible place to get your nails done and pedicure !!!! I paid 50 dollars for a pedicure which it was the most stupid and non satisfactory shit ever. It looked like the guy was just rubbing his hands in my feet and that was it!! For a $50 dollar one I expected something better. Josh did both my mani and pedi. I forgot the name of the "spa level" I got but it involved pomegranate jelly, paraffin wax, and oranges in the water. A-MAZING. My French pedi lines came out on point. Josh admitted he couldn't do flowers well so he had another lady do them. A little too simplistic for my taste. Next time I'll bring in a picture cause I'll def be coming back to this shop. Before these owners this was the place to go! Now not so much. I went in and got both my nails and a pedi done. I don't know if they are trying to save on their polish that I always have to tell them I can see streaks or can you go over it one more time to get a even coat on all my nails!! The nice fish tank that was in there is not so pretty anymore the tank is all black with mildew and drinks all around the fish tank. When I came back 2 week later the same cups from Star Bucks and half used water bottles STILL in the dame spot they were from 2 weeks ago. I've been to HN maybe 6-7 times over the last 3 yrs, other times I usually get my nails done out of town, because I prefer CND certified Shellac nails to gel nails. I asked for them here and they said they only carry Opi Gelcolor and it's the same thing as Shellac. Well, sorry but it's NOT! CND Shellac is a mixture of gel and regular nail polish the results is a thinner covering and the nail doesn't have to first be 'buffed' (actually very roughed up with those big very course nail files). My nails are thin and I don't want them roughed up like that, sorry. Also Shellac comes with the finger-tip removal sponges so you don't have to dry out your skin with the finger bowls of acetone, and is much easier to get them off without nearly as much sanding and scraping. Gel nails are actually the same thing as acrylic nails. With those 2 you can get extensions, which I don't want anyway, and you can't get extensions with Shellac. And girls, wear sunscreen before you put your hands in those ultraviolet light curers, unless you want skin cancer. They have safer LED light curers which CND makes and is usually the ones the salons that carry CND products use. Maybe I'll opt for paying Midland higher prices somewhere else for real Shellac nails, when I can't go to Lubbock or San Angelo or Dallas, where prices aren't so dear. Also, here at least one tech leaves the back ends of the nail bare, which I don't like because then I need them redone sooner. Good for their business but not for my pocketbook. And don't assume I want my cuticles cut, that's not necessary and not very safe, just a place for infections to enter, and all I want is cuticles pushed back. read more

I got my nails done I had to go back becuase after 1 week they started ro chip off they were rude to me especially that young guy that speaks good english they didn't want to fix my nails it was their fault for using poor material. They don't have good customer service they don't care about customers well I guess becuase it was my first time there. read more

I wanted an overlay, the lady misunderstood what I was wanting, clipped off all of my nails, and then by the time i could stop her, it was too late, and my natural nails were gone!
