Visiting the area for a wedding, for my best friend's son. Requested a late check out at my hotel, only to find out it had been rescinded. I was left with a 4 hour window...so I looked for a spa, and was fortunate to find this one! 1 hour massage, and blow out. Soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fabulous services! Definitely recommend Becki for a massage! They even provided me with a get ready space to change for the wedding. Liu did an EXCELLENT job with my spa pedicure. I love that service at Jolie. 100% worth the cost. However my massage was less than desirable. Haley had her phone in her pocket which kept vibrating against the table and, while I did not look to be sure, it felt as though she kept checking it as one hand would come off my body during the massage. I've had enough massages to know when the therapist is distracted and this definitely was one of those times. It was unfortunate as I was really looking forward to relaxing. I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost. read more

not happy with my color. I typically see another colorist bit our schedules did not align before I was leaving town for the summer. I scheduled with another colorist and was assured she was excellent and would have notes to follow from my prior appointments with her colleague. I was so disappointed to see my highlights overdone and my color feeling "blah" and washed out. I asked for a partial touch up to simply blend my darker new growth and expressed I was very happy with my (now former) color. sadly I have to live with this poor color job until September since i am out of state. read more

I was so happy to get an initial haircut appointment with Jessie the same day I called. My hair was in bad shape... dry, breakage, thinning on top, and a bad haircut to begin with. She gave me a lot of good tips and the best haircut I have had in years. I am really loving my hair again and I am using the tips she gave me to bring my hair back to better health.
