I booked a couples spa treatment for Valentine's Day and let me just say... NEVER AGAIN. for starters, we arrived and were called upstairs instead of being greeted at the receptionist desk. The lady yelled to us from upstairs to come on up... waited 10 min in the room we were set to be in. we were charged 140$ as soon as we sat down but on the website when we booked, it was for 130$. That's not the bad part... the women were inexperienced and very inappropriate. The one lady placed both knees on the table where my head was placed thru the hole... her crotch was literally on my head .... Then she kept massaging my ass... The woman massaging my boyfriend literally had his entire Ass Out To the point he said to me babe I feel uncomfortable they got my ass out... I look up to see the door to our room wide open and his behind out so anybody could see ... there was no privacy... I had to ask them to please pull his draws up and shut the door . The music is being played off of a YouTube video on their galaxy. Here's the kicker... we get done and head downstairs... I go use the bathroom only to come out and hear the ladies trying to hound my bf for a tip.... When I tipped.... They begged for more and said what about the other woman... I have to say, that as with others that reviewed this place, I was a bit skeptical for a few reasons. 1. It is in a home, that has a converted room for her business. 2. I contacted them at 10:25 am on a Sunday and asked if they had any appointments available. I was told to "come right over" (which is awesome), but they didn't even take my name. I decided to take a chance (especially because I slept on my neck wrong and badly needed it). I am really glad that I did. Upon entering, I was greeted. The woman does not speak the greatest English, but was able to let me know what to do. I got a 60 minute massage and as stated in another review, she did not take away my undressing or dressing times. I got a full 60 minute massage. I told her to focus on my neck, shoulders and lower back. She understood and started with those. My massage was complete, and amazing! She covered my whole body throughout the 60 min, and adjusted pressure when I asked her to. Hot stones were used, which I was nervous about because my skin is very heat sensitive, but it was amazing. She massaged me with the stones to loosen up my muscles. When done with my back, she put hot towels on it, and went to my arms, hands, legs, and feet. It was hot, but very relaxing. By the end of the massage, I felt great. I was very loose from the heat, and was not sore from the pressure (which has happened in the past from other places). I was also impressed that the next day I wasn't sore either!! I will definitely be using this place for my massages from now on. The price is great, and the massage was heaven. Such a great total massage literally head to toe...I no longer have my migraine. They use Reflexology, Meridian and Acupressure points, hot stones. They are they nicest most caring ladies I have met. I would say this isn't your "traditional" style spa and their main focus is body, facial and foot massage and reflexology (a bit more "mom and pop" type place). The massage was an hour long, dressing and undressing time not deducted from the service time, which was nice. The massage itself was lovely and utilized a deep tissue technique with focus on relieving stress from pressure points and reflexology. The customer service was outstanding; the ladies who were working that day were friendly, sweet, helpful and accommodating. They really seemed to be concerned with us enjoying our service and our time at their establishment. I can't say enough nice things about the customer service. Then at the end we go to check-out and they gave us a $10 discount! A great way to end a great experience!
