Aeration went as expected, but re-seeding and fertilization failed to produce new grass. No follow up was ever attempted. End result was very dissapointing based on cost of over $700. Necessary to contract with new lawn service, that yielded desired results. Cannot recommend using this service! read more

These guys regularly don't show up when they say they will, and make excuses. when you ask something of them they whine and complain like children. I'm astonished that they are still in business. I needed weed removal and scrolled through Yelp. I came across Heavenly's Lawn Care and at first was skeptical of all the "positive" comments but thought I'd try this place out, to see for myself. I called the number listed and left a couple of messages but never got a call back, then Yelp reached out and said to msg the company through them, so I did and "boom" I got a reply. Jazz came and gave me an estimate, from then on he's been very communicative, he even came earlier than promised. He will recommend whats best for whatever work that needs to be done. I mentioned some dead branches on a tree and a dead tree and he added that on for me for an incredible price. He was not pushy at all. I hired him on the spot. He was able to come out the next two days and finish a project that seemed massive to me. He is very professional and communicates every detail. We were in need of a serious cleanup at our vacation home on Spring Valley Lake. I arranged to drive up and meet with Jazz, he was on time and was very informative. He evaluated our property and gave a very fair price for cleanup and haul away. We are now setup on a regular maintenance plan with him. Jazz and his crew came out today to do the major cleanup and get all of our landscaping that was overgrown back on track. He's attentive. And will get back to you quickly. However, the clean up on my weed removal was poor. Lots of dead weeds not picked up, and some not pulled. Backyard would've looked so much better if he did a better clean-up. read more
