They are far above the bar. They came and spent three hours cleaning my house...and it was clean before they came. They deep cleaned and here is the remarkable part...my wife was very impressed. As an RN she has standards that are high and hard....very hard to meet. More like artisans than installers. This job entailed peace by peace installation. Not pre molded, plastic parts. The crew seemed to inspect for perfection every tile and other intricate parts. To great effect, no rushing to get the job done, perfect. There is a difference between expensive and overpriced. Overpriced to me means not worth the money. Quality costs more. Karl is a little expensive but not outrageous. It costs more to have Karl do the job. You get what you pay for. I was extremely happy with the result. You will be happy with the result too.
