More like artisans than installers. This job entailed peace by peace installation. Not pre molded, plastic parts. The crew seemed to inspect for perfection every tile and other intricate parts. To great effect, no rushing to get the job done, perfect. There is a difference between expensive and overpriced. Overpriced to me means not worth the money. Quality costs more. Karl is a little expensive but not outrageous. It costs more to have Karl do the job. You get what you pay for. I was extremely happy with the result. You will be happy with the result too. Once Karl and his crew started, they stayed on the job without interruption for a month. On time and courteous. What a great company! Five stars out of five.
