The carpet cleaning that did get done was ok. But the technician's machine cleaning the stairs broke down in the middle of cleaning. The stairs were already soaked and now he couldn't clean them. He promised me I would be contacted by Chad, the owner and no one called me. I called and left a message, no response. Its just not worth it to have a job half done. read more

Reuban and his company did a great job for us when we moved this spring. We had an unfortunate incident involving our lovely two dogs and diarrhea. We used Heaven's Best for cleaning our light beige carpet in our apartment and they did an amazing job. Could hardly tell there was any stains there before!! It was fantastic. Unfortunately, 1 hr after they finished my husband put his trust in the dogs since they had been doing well for the past few days... Just one hour and diarrhea again. Talked with Reuban and he was able to work with us. We also used them for our new house with hardwood cleaning. They again did a great job. I had Heaven's Best clean my light colored carpeting a few months ago. They did a fantastic job! They paid extra attention to a problem area (the sides on the stairs) that I had specifically pointed out. The last carpet cleaning I had with someone else failed to clean this area. I realize I'm in the minority here with this review, but all the other positive reviews caused me to have high expectations which were not fulfilled. I sent an email to the company expressing my concerns about the job and did not get a response. I sent a text message about a week later asking if anyone read my email and was told I would get a call 2 days later which did not happen. I live in a 4,500 square foot home that we built 7 years ago. We previously used a service that was no longer in business so we thought we were making a quality choice with Heaven's Best based on the reviews. Unfortunately, we spent nearly $500 for a small amount of carpet and 2 pieces of furniture to be cleaned to try out this company and my carpet looks the same as it did before the cleaning occurred, but now we also have several striated floor boards in our great room from the technician not protecting the wood floor when he cleaned the furniture. Multiple times I reiterated to him that the floor was very sensitive to water and needed to be protected and yet our floor was drenched as well as the wood on our window sills and I had to provide towels and dry it myself. His only response was "my bad" and as he was packing everything up, he offered to give me the name of a buddy of his who could replace my floor if interested. In addition, I spoke with someone at the company and asked them to confirm that they vacuum the carpet before cleaning and they said yes. What they didn't say was that they do not vacuum stairs so this technician proceeded to clean my non-vacuumed stairs which means all the dog and human hair was pushed down into the fibers. Heaven's Best has the list of our concerns so I won't detail them all here. The bottom line is that when it was all done, the furniture was improved, but not the carpet and this company did not even bother to discuss my concerns or apologize. read more

Never using another carpet cleaning company again. Stanley Steamer can suck it. If you have dogs, these guys are the way to go. Steam cleaning never cut it. Heavens Best was prompt, polite and the price is right! They did a wonderful job getting out all the pet stains, removed a spot of leather oil that I've been trying to get out for months (no thanks to two other companies), and a shampoo spot! Highly recommend! I decided to go with Heaven's Best after reading all their 5-star reviews on Yelp and I am glad I did! Arrived on time, did a very thorough job (even went over a couple areas a second time), was very friendly, have very reasonable prices and they don't try to stick you with "extras" and charged what I was quoted. AND the carpet is dry in about 1 hour (as opposed to others where it can take 6-8 hours to dry)! Also, the process of how/why they do it this way was explained. Not only does it dry quicker than steam cleaning, but it is much gentler on the carpet. Steam cleaning, which heats up the carpet, can damage the glue that holds your carpet together. read more

Tried Heaven's Best after reading the great reviews and was largely very happy with the results. The crew was prompt and polite. The method they use truly does dry in an hour. I had two particular areas in my dining room which needed special attention and they turned out well. My only disappointment was the stairs. I don't think they had the appropriate equipment to do the rounded part where the carpeting turns under the top of the stair and consequently I can still see dirty areas going up my stairs. I would have no problem using them again though. read more

NOT RECOMMENDED - We had our carpets cleaned less than 1 year ago (August) and they already need to be redone - however NOT BY HEAVEN'S BEST. We are two seniors who take their shoes off so it's not like there's a lot of traffic. Meant to write a review last year but never got to it - so here goes: Two very pleasant guys showed up on time - that's about the only good thing I can say - they did not vacuum the carpet before starting - essentially they spray a cleaning solution on the carpet and then run a larger circular buffer across the carpet to clean - and then used a rake to pull up the nap - seems to me especially since they did not vacuum that beyond some light surface cleaning all they did was grind the dirt deeper into the rug - they said they were supposed to have booties but had run out - so they also made a mess of my wood floors walking back and forth across the damp carpet - they did try to use a dry swiffer before leaving but bottom line is I had to wash all the floors after they left - and I was so freaked out about all the dirt that they ground in that I got up at 4am to vacuum the whole house - there are much better options out there and now it appears that I need to find one since the work done by Heaven's Best was so poor! read more
