We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available. Although 1 week for service is typically fantastic, it was a long week to wait to professionally get the poo-acoplyse cleaned up.

CASH STOLEN FROM MY HOUSE DURING AIR DUCT CLEANING…read more I recently purchased two services from Stanley Steemer (carpet cleaning and air ducts) and during the 10 minutes I stepped outside of my bedroom for the team to clean the air ducts in my bedroom, $170 was taken from a closed jewelry box on my dresser. I realized it within minutes of the team leaving as I had placed the cash, along with my phone, air pods, and other valuables in the jewelry box so they wouldn't be sitting out while I stepped out for them to clean the room and immediately contacted the number on my invoice. For the next few hours, I was transferred to multiple individuals at Stanley Steemer and advised that I needed to file a police report and the location Manager would contact me today following an inquiry with the servicing technicians. The West Allis location Manager informed me that he spoke to both individuals, and they have denied the allegation. Furthermore, he stated that because I have filed a police report (at the direction of Stanley Steemer) there is nothing further the company can do, and this is now in the hands of the police. I was hoping to avoid personally filling charges against the individuals, as they know exactly where I live, but will be left with no other choice but to do so, should I have to chase down corporate management further for this issue. I understand this is a small amount of cash, however, the fact that someone went into a closed jewelry box and took something out of it, while I was home, during a service I paid a lot of money for is something I cannot ignore. I partnered with Stanley Steemer because of their wide range of services and large corporate footprint, thinking I'm working with a trusted brand and partner, crossing off my "to-do" list and even purchasing additional services that I was excited to use, but instead I am now spending my time escalating nefarious conduct to the police, trying to get in contact with local management and being given the run around, and now spending my time taking it public. The time I have already spent on this is worth much more than what was taken from me, but I simply cannot ignore this gross violation of privacy and professional conduct from a bad egg in a massive corporation. I expect further action than a local Manager telling me "There's nothing further he can do".

I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. things I was quoted on when first calling that weren't done: never touched the cupboards, just wiped down the 6ft of counter, did little if any wiping down of walls, windows were washed after they requested we take the screens off to save time, a neighbor came back, washed down the trim and sills and vacuumed the curtains before putting screens back on, ceiling fans weren't touched, mopboards weren't done, there are still BIG cobwebs in the corners by the table, they refused to do the walk in tub because of mold. It was actually bad soap scum and the neighbor cleaned it for them ( took 1/2 hr) shower rod was thick with dust and cobwebs, sink wasn't cleaned and I doubt if they did the toilet.
