I hired Heaven's Best to clean my sectional, and overall I had a great experience. I've had my couch for six years, and between an elementary school-aged child and a dog, it had definitely seen better days. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. We hadn't had our floors (laminate & tile) or bathroom shower professionally cleaned in the past, we requested these areas along with our sectional couch, recliner and carpet in a small bedroom be cleaned. The owner, Dan, did tell me he could not guarantee the shower tile would be 100% cleaned due to the machine not being conducive to small corners in a shower (our shower is small & square,) but if I wanted to try his crew would do it, I did opt for them to try. In the end we paid $805 (this was with a small veteran's discount); the tile floors in the kitchen and two bathrooms, the couch and recliner and carpet were all well cleaned; the laminate floor was not so good - there were more than a few areas of solution left on the floor after they left the job; the couch had not been moved so that section of the laminate floor in the living room did not get cleaned and the carpet in the bedroom was lifted and rippled, Dan said this is a common occurrence and it would go down which it did. I contacted Dan regarding the issues he sent one of his guys out four days later to redo the laminate floor (moving the couch this time) which after it dried was dull looking. After our experience it seems they do well with cloth furniture, carpet and tile floors, not so good on laminate flooring and showers. read more

We had a good experience with our technician Robert; he was friendly and thorough with his cleaning. He also offered to wear shoe covers inside the house while he was cleaning to avoid tracking in more dirt into our house post-construction. The carpet area looked amazing after vacuuming, treatment, and cleaning. The only issue my husband and myself had with the service was that Robert came over an hour early for the appointment (our appointment was at 2:30 PM -per our email- and he had come around 1:10 PM). We had allotted time in the afternoon before the appointment time to move furniture before the technician showed up; this meant we had to hurry up and move all of the furniture out of the way in the middle of our work day because he was already here well before the appointment time. I then checked the Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning website to see if there was some kind of miscommunication. Our confirmation email dictated that the appointment would be anywhere from 2:30 PM - 3:35 PM (our preferred time). However, the website showed a 2:00 PM - 3:05 PM window. This left us confused about when this change was made. I'm uncertain if there was an issue with scheduling or rescheduling of technicians at the company, but we would have liked a heads-up or notification if the original appointment time could not be honored. I was desperate for carpet cleaning through a company and I was looking through these reviews and I was seeing some amazing feedback from customers, etc. so I decided to book them . My appointment was at 11 AM but the tech did not text me until 11 AM saying "that they were on their way." he did not arrive until 11:45 AM so he was about 45 minutes late, so after the consolation, after we went over the questions, etc. he didn't actually get started until about 12 PM 12:15 PM. but I'm assuming he had another project going on before, so I really didn't mind him being little late, but all OK ... I just makes it look bad if you're a new customer and the employees are showing up late but all OK all good. I'm not too worried about the lateness. so my carpets were pretty rough, Hadn't cleaned them for about three years. So our tech was Justin. So he went in pretty much a lot of detail as far as what they could do, what they could offer , details , pricing , etc.... really, really good communication so that was a huge plus. When it came to question and concerns he was really knowledgeable really helpful with our questions and got good details and feedback so that was a great experience. He was really friendly very kind and he knew what he was doing. The only thing I wish that he could've spent more time on going over The rough spots it was only two hours process , but I wish he could've took more time. If it needed more time for it. I think that was the only issue but the carpets turned out great. The first picture is before and the second picture is the after of the cleaning some drying but other than that great experience with this company I will definitely be using them again next year for carpet needs. So the only suggestion really is I think that's negative on this with this company is if they could spend more time with the customer going over the harsh areas if needed more timing . I had my carpet cleaned by Heavens Best today. The tech who came to me, Steve, was amazing. He was friendly, explained everything, and really went out of his way on a carpet that is long past its life. Here are before and after pictures. Both Dan and Steve explained they will try what they can, but given the condition of the carpet, it was likely that all of the spots may not comr out, or may reappear (which I expected, given the "Before" photos. They provided me with documentation that they cleaned the carpet and what they did, as well as that, in their professional opinion, this was beyond cleaning, so I had documentation for my property management company. Pricing was definitely reasonable, considering the extent of the damage, and the difference was definitely noticeable.
