I was moving into a new condo and wanted the carpets and tile & grout cleaned. American Carpet answered right away and scheduled an appointment within 2 days of my call. It was just a few days before Christmas and most businesses were closed down, so I really appreciated that they answered and we're willing to schedule a cleaning appointment. Jack called me the day of the appointment letting me know they could be early by a couple hours. My condo is empty as I have not moved in so it was great to have them go in and start the process and finish early, which is about 2 hours. The price was super reasonable and they pretreated both the carpets and the tile and grout. They cleaned almost 1,200 ft of carpet and tile. The carpet and tile and grout are white and totally new but due to open houses I just wanted it cleaned so I could move in to fresh flooring. They took all the needed measurements, set me up with a dehumidifier, and made sure the proper actions were taken care of to make sure there was no more moisture under the flooring or anywhere else in the bathroom. He was really busy when I called so the call was cut short. Dean immediately called me back to sent up the appointment. I told him that I have a dog and that she eats her treats on the carpet so I was concerned about chemicals. He assured me that their products were pet friendly. We just moved into a new house and unfortunately our furniture delivery company brought a bunch of black grease in with their boxes, leaving numerous spots on our carpet. We turned to American Carpet Cleaning (fortunately paid for by the furniture company) to try to get all the stains out. Dean was very easy to communicate with via both phone and text. He was able to accommodate us promptly, and his crew arrived on time. Unfortunately the guys weren't able to completely remove the stains, but we talked to Dean and he sent his men back right away to try an "experimental gel". It worked really well!
