I absolutely loved working with Martin on getting the carpets cleaned at my brother's VRBO house while I was in town. We were staying there for a week, and I knew they had guests coming in right after us. I knew that carpet needed to be cleaned, and I knew I only had a few days to get it done before I needed to leave town. Martin was able to get us in on short notice. He showed up a few minutes early, and made sure he wouldn't be blocking anyone in who needed to leave once he got his truck set up. As he brought in his equipment, he was so careful not to damage anything. He was FAST! I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to get two rooms cleaned. And these carpets had lots of trouble spots, as you'd expect from a house that's only been used by short-term renters for the last few years.
