What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! This place offers so much in the way of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and every other plant accessory under the sun. I always manage to find hidden gems in this space and honestly, some of my favorite plants and pots that I've gotten (and there are a lot of them) are from here! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my friend here who wanted to start getting into maintaining indoor plants in her new home. She picked out a few succulents and a gorgeous pot from Olive's Bloombox and they happily potted all of them into the pot for her to take home. They are so incredible and their stock is constantly changing, so go often & search high and low! There are always some seriously unique gems here that I can never find anywhere else and I love them for it. :)

So on my way back I passed another business and was looking at things in the windows and at the end I saw some plants. So I go in and talked the young lady and she was very kind and helpful and took her time to show me what she had to sell. I picked out three cute little plants and she off to box them together since I was walking. It was a really great experience and look forward to returning again.
