I know enough about cars not to be taken advantage of but I freely admit I don't know about the Adblue system as it's too new. My leak was a pretty big problem and needed to be treated quickly before it caused catastrophic failure. They could have taken me for a ride, like the Audi dealership does, and tried to sell me or coerce me into major repairs. Well they didn't. They handled my issue on the lowest level possible for the best price. The cleaned out my system, isolated the leak and made a patch. Been driving for weeks now with no follow up issues. Not only did they give me a good repair, but they saw me that day. They understood the potential problems that the leak could balloon into and made room for me that day, and their shop was full. Business is booming and I can see why, they are just good!!! Will be going back for all my Audi repairs!

When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. They really care and want the van traveler to be part of the customizing. I was allowed to stay in my van and they have indoor bays for when we needed to unload it and do some deeper work. Very knowledgeable and just what we search for in this crazy world where everyone has a system to fix things that just didn't last or was actually not very good to begin with. They were also able to advise Me best options and designs in working w my existing system to customize. Also just patient and respectful that I'm a customer and they want to do right in the world.
