This team is great, highly talented, and professional. Long story short I took my Audi Q7 for leaking Adblue (urea acid). I know enough about cars not to be taken advantage of but I freely admit I don't know about the Adblue system as it's too new. My leak was a pretty big problem and needed to be treated quickly before it caused catastrophic failure. They could have taken me for a ride, like the Audi dealership does, and tried to sell me or coerce me into major repairs. Well they didn't. They handled my issue on the lowest level possible for the best price. The cleaned out my system, isolated the leak and made a patch. Been driving for weeks now with no follow up issues. Not only did they give me a good repair, but they saw me that day. They understood the potential problems that the leak could balloon into and made room for me that day, and their shop was full. I have been taking my Audi Q5 to Jsport since my husband discovered them a few yrs ago. Oil changes, maintenance, problem solving, you name they can do it, and they do it well. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Customer service is a 5 star plus. On our last service, our warranty was about to expire, and they were booked 4 weeks out when I called. Brought in my 2002 tdi golf because I was having lack of power, some white smoke and lower fuel mileage. They figured out that I had a 95% to 98% carbon blockage . These guys know what they are doing and are great to work with. I had my car at another shop a few years ago when I bought it, to give it a run through. BEWARE! These guys returned my car without ever fixing the throttle problem I brought it in for. The throttle died on I-5 in Friday night traffic, leaving me in a life threatening situation. I called JSPORT to report the problem, after being towed off the highway. They never returned the phone call! They also installed a USED, SCRATCHED rear view mirror for almost $500!! They returned my Jaguar with an oil leak after charging me $100 for an OIL CHANGE! After giving them almost $1000, I have had nothing but problems. KEEP AWAY from these monsters!!! Had them install in aem colder and take and custom Exhaust from down pape dueled out the rear On my 2017 on the civic. Service was good, job was a Amazing. I would not want to take my car anywhere else. Love the work they did for the price they charged. may not be the cheapest but it's a fair price for good work.
