I made an appointment to have 24% tint applied to my car windows and upon showing up I noticed that they had three options. 30, 10, and 5 . I was told that 30 would be fine and give me privacy. So I had them installed. They allowed me to wait for this and were very pleasant company. After completed I drove home wondering why I could still see everything through my windows. Where's that privacy that I sought? So now I'm out $400 and have acquired nothing for it read more

BEST carwash ever! We park our old Saturn wagon under a big pine tree, so it gets pretty grubby. And washing it has never been high on my ToDo list. I tried taking it through the Costco carwash, but the brushes didn't reach down to the hood or even the top of the car. At this point it's been years since the car had more of a wash than just being rained on. We cleaned out the interior, getting ready for a trip to Seattle later this month. It wasn't raining, so it seemed like a perfect time to clear out the car. Zeke mentioned he might like to take it to a carwash too. I was going out anyway, and swung past the Tint Lady carwash off Sunset near Goodwill. I paid for a good, but not the best wash - they had lots of levels. Pulled around the corner and rolled into place. Intstead of pushing the button to send me through the rollers, the guy grabbed a spray wand and took after our car with a heavy-duty soap blaster, followed by brushes, and more blasters. A second guy joined in. They must have spent over five cheerful minutes blasting out the nooks and crannies. I watched endless pine needles flood across the windows. And whatever was in the soap, it took off years' accumulation of pitch. They did an amazing job. And then ran me through the rollers. Met me at the other end with towels and wiped down the car. I rolled down the window and handed them a $6 tip. I wish I had given more. The guy I handed it to grinned at me and said "We found you a car under all that dirt!" He seemed as pleased as I was. I will be back!!! Silly as it seems to wash cars, I noticed I felt pleased looking at our clean car when I got home. And I still have a warm glow from the kindness of strangers doing a great job! Walking in we were greeted by 2 employees inside both of which were very polite with smiles on their faces. I told them that I wanted the darkest tint my state would allow. Front visor strip, 4 door Windows, 2 rear quarter Windows, and the rear. He did not try to up-sell me to the highest priced selection. He showed me the 3 types available, I selected, he quoted the VERY reasonable price and they went to work. 4 hours later my wife and I were more than pleased. They did a fantastic job. Not a bubble or wrinkle in site. And it looks to be a tough job with that back window and did they ever work magic. I highly recommend the Tint Lady and will bring all of my future vehicles to them! I highly recommend the Tint Lady! My best friend and I took our coworkers car into the Tint Lady today and they did an absolutely unbelievable job. Our coworker had just recently started to recover from a very deep depressive spell, and we realized that there was no way we had the proper equipment to help thoroughly clean her car. So we called the Tint Lady and they were able to quickly give us a rough estimate, with multiple ways to get a true estimate (we could have emailed pictures or brought it in) immediately. They were also able to get us an appointment within a couple days. We did the basics of getting the trash out of the car but it was still really horribly dirty. The guys at the Tint Lady had no problem making the car look completely brand new in just one day! They were all extremely professional, and kind too. I wish I'd thought to take before and after photos as proof of just how much work they did to the car. Our coworker burst into tears and couldn't believe it was even the same car when she saw it. I'm soo happy we chose to take the car into Tint Lady, and after today I won't be taking my car anywhere else either. read more

"Voted the best 2018" ? Maybe for tinting???? detailing .....DISAPPOINTING! 1. Given a 10 am Saturday appointment on the phone . ( detail package inside and out) 2. Jacob looked over the 2018 vehicle to verify the basic detail package would meet my needs. ($225-$250) Hand wash and dry exterior; clean door and had jams; vacuum interior seats, carpets, floor mats and hatch area; clean and polish dash, console, door panels and interior trim; clean interior and exterior glass; clean wheels and dressed tires. 3. Told above will take until closing 3-3:30pm 4. Upon payment/ pickup I found: WHEELS NOT DONE TIRES NOT DRESSED STREAKED WINDOWS WET DOOR JAMS 5. Waited 20 mins for the above to be completed 6. Upon arrival at home ( I am putting items away they bagged up from console) only to find areas under driver and passenger NOT cleaned or vacuumed. 7. Called to voice my disappointment as I was hoping to return the vehicle back to my daughter all shiny and clean ( she was returning that night from a long trip) I was apologized to and the only offer to "fix" was to come back next week. 8. I asked to speak to a manager. Frank got on the phone and offered to finish the cleaning and do it himself if necessary. I made the trip back down. 9. Crew of at least 3 plus Frank did indeed jump in to hit areas missed. Vacuum was done, road grim found on lower sides done along with re cleaning of spots found to have been left on the back seats. 10. Again Frank apologized and I headed home again. 11. It is dark now As I am driving home. I look up to close the sun/ moon roof and it does not appear the glass up top was cleaned and I can see streaks in the back window as the lights of the cars behind me shine through. Feel I did not get my money's worth and no compensation for my time, gas or frustrations. read more

May be too soon to rate but whatever...I stopped in today and the customer service was awesome. I work all day, and it's hard to get time off. I dropped my car off on my lunch break, they gave me a ride uptown back to work, and even dropped my car off at my work when it was all finished! That's outstanding for a TINT shop, I'd expect it from a quality mechanic/dealer but not a tint shop! The customer service is great. My 2013 car ran into a problem when they were tinting where the rear hatch wouldn't open anymore, but that's something I'm covered with via warranty and has nothing to do with the tint job. They were nice enough to inform me of course, and explain the situation. They still got the job done. Although my tint is still curing, it looks amazing so far. They warranty it so if anything ever goes wrong they'll be there to help me out. The price was a bit more than I was anticipating, compared to my previous tint jobs I've had done back on the east coast - but that was years ago. The service was worth the price, no doubt in my mind. They want me to stop back in for pictures when I have a chance, and when it's nice out and I have time I'll be sure to do that! They did leave a few smudges on my interior but nothing a simple cloth can't wipe away. Overall great job, and I'm happy. Hopefully the dealer can fix my hatch on my car so I'll be good to go! I took my new (used) car to Tint Lady a couple weeks back to get my windows tinted, and they did a phenomenal job. But that is not why I chose to write a review. When I bought the car, it had a sharp door ding on the driver's side. I saw that Tint Lady offered paintless dent repair and out of curiosity asked what they would estimate to fix it at my tinting appointment. After hearing their offer, I brought my car to three other shops to see what others would estimate. Everywhere I took it I was told they would need to rip off my door, sand off the paint, fix the dent, then rip off my BACK door, sand off the paint, and repaint both doors to match...they estimated upwards of $700-$1,000 in repairs. My first question was always, why can't you do paintless dent repair? It always seemed to come down to the fact that they were not practicing it enough to try or thought the dent was too deep. I was a bit nervous taking it to Tint Lady after hearing the other shops all say the same things, but at 1/3 of the others' estimated costs I wanted to give it a go. THANK GOD FOR TINT LADY! Their work was absolutely FLAWLESS, not to mention the incredible customer service. These are genuine, hard working people. They know what they're doing and are not going to rip you off - can't say that about a lot of places in town. Highly recommend and will forever be a loyal customer! Argh! This has to have been the worst detail I've ever had. I have a black Highlander and I came home with hard water spots on my windshield and water streaks down the back window. I mean how hard is that to fix? It took 8 1/2 hrs instead of the 4 max they said it would be. And I had to try to reclean my windows and remove some wax smudges in the doors. $250! Uh uh. I am a freshman at WWU and just saw their sign driving by and set up an appointment to get my windows tinted. Every employee here is more the generous and welcoming. I was waiting for about 2.5 hours around lunch time and one of the workers offered me pizza. At first I was planning on just getting my back windows tinted and later in the future getting my front windows tinted as well. I didn't realize that it would cost more then second time so they let me know and I got it all done at once. I can honestly say that I was not being taken advantage of and they were looking out for my best interests. I had gotten my windows tinted on a different car before this and they other company wasn't nearly half as good at their job and happy to do it. Also I asked them if I could put some stickers on my car once they were nearing the end of the job and they had no problem with that which was really nice because it was warmer inside than outside and I had a chance to completely clean the surface so the stickers would actually stick. All I can say is that I am more than pleased with the job they did, it is truly professional, and the price is perfect. I would drive hours out of my way, passed numerous other tinting companies just to have my windows tinted again on any of my future cars just to have them tinted here.
