The device stopped working in the middle of dangerous storm and instead of giving me the code to reset it he insisted that I risk my life by driving on icy roads for 2 hours to his shop! Basically, Mike just wanted to ransom me for another expensive service stop at his shop. Smart Start should remove his franchise because their own instructions say that he could have and should have provided to code over the phone.
