The cold brew was smooth and strong- perfect for powering through a workday on a warm day. The black sesame matcha didn't taste "green" and stayed warm, a powerful punch to get through the afternoon. They also have unique non-coffee drinks; my coworker got an iced drink called "Huckleberry Ben" that seemed interesting. The prices are so low here. You can get two specialty coffee drinks for under $15, and that includes tax and tip. The baristas were nice, and the coffee shop is a fun place to hang out if you want to work or chill. I don't know why anyone would drink chain coffee in Bowling Green with Spencer's around. I can see why everyone loves it, and I will be back too!

If you're the type of person who says, "I don't really like coffee," I'm not sure that excuse is going to work here. They have the regular brewed coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks, lattes, mochas, Americanos, cappuccinos, macchiatos and frappes. They also have chai, hot tea, hot chocolate, refreshers, smoothies and other non-coffee choices. Then comes the flavor selection. Looking at that wall is almost intimidating. Caramel, cinnamon bun, cookie butter, toasted marshmallow, pumpkin spice, raspberry, coconut, Irish cream, white chocolate...the list keeps going. They also have a surprisingly large selection of sugar-free flavors and several milk choices, including almond, oat and coconut. In other words, if you can't invent a drink you like from this menu, you may just not be thirsty. The coffee itself was really good, but what impressed me almost as much was the atmosphere. This is a place where you can actually sit down, drink your coffee and enjoy yourself instead of feeling like you need to grab your cup and get out of the way. Bring a friend, have a conversation, get some work done, or just claim one of those couches and forget what time it is. Storehouse Coffee is exactly the kind of locally owned place I like seeing on our town square. Good coffee, friendly people, a ton of choices, and they've taken a beautiful old downtown space and made it somewhere people actually want to gather.
