I found the problem over a weekend when I when up there to trim trees back... Called his office on Tuesday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning. He showed up when he said he would (I repeated it twice because I am so impressed!) Saw that there was indeed a problem and told me they would take care of it! Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.
